Chinese casual dining w high quality, delicious food inspired by Putien, China. No GST and no service charge, and staff is warm and friendly (especially Zhi Ying). Great place to eat with a view of Sentosa! It gets crowded at lunchtime.

Came here to try the hairy crab since it is in season. Ordered the set meal which we felt was worth it. Each dish is well executed but wished they had served the dishes in order for the food to stand out more eg appetiser first and mains before dessert. Wait staff were attentive and even helped us with the crabs. Crabs were good with lots of roe. As usual, Putien provides really good comfort food like the white Lor Mee and sweet & sour pork. The great chilli sauce is their secret weapon above the competition as it elevates each dish to the next level.

Having lunch with family in Putien Vivo branch, putien group should give the best services award to the service Crew Ms. Sheau Shin.. I hope I didn’t spell wrongly her name. Professional service and enthusiasm touched the customer. The blessings expressed with “捞鱼生” were very professional. Recommending food while thoughtfully asking about any food allergies demonstrated great attention to detail and sincerity. She is undoubtedly the best when it comes to exceptional service.

Such a nice meal. Staff are very nice and helpful with valuable suggestions and recommendation. Highly recommend people to come and try in this restaurant.

Late lunch at Putien since they don't close for resting. I made a mistake in ordering the Mazu Meesua, I should order the Fujian Seafood Lor Mee instead. Salted duotou clams was fresh and tasty, Sweet and Sour pork with lychee was good, meat is tender and crispy and slight flavour of lychee not too overwhelming, Heng Hwa Bee hoon was great as usual. Good lunch!!

I’ve been a regular here for years and I have to say the service is excellent. My dinner with my family today so so good that I forgot to take photographs of our food. But look at my takeaway! Food is well packed and easy to bring with me. The staff here are consistently polite, always wearing smiles and asking politely if we want our plates changed and table cleared. We had the beehoon, sweet and sour pork, fried yam and spinach. Putien now doesn’t charge service and they should for their service is nothing short of excellent. Plus the food is really good. Swing by VivoCity and have your dinner here. Their consistency is testament to their belief in serving good food at great prices!

dropped by for the mushroom seafood lor mee, its up to usual standard, very nice flavour and even better with the chilli sauce. we had the set meal for 6 and its was a great meal. steam fish is fresh, prawn herbal soup comes with a huge fresh prawn. tried something new this time, the seaweed appetiser, sour tangy seaweed, very jnteresting. staff always friendly here and its a good place to gather. will be back again.

This outlet provides the best service among all the HDL outlets I’ve visited. We made a reservation in advance to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with birthday decorations and a box filled with sweets and snacks. Midway through our meal, they surprised my friend with 长寿面 (complimentary), and at the end of our meal, our waiter not only cleaned our table but also brought out a beautifully arranged fruit platter and a chocolate cake. And can I just say—the cake was amazing, even better than those I’ve had at other outlets! Our waitress, Tingting, provided superb service—she was incredibly helpful and proactive. 10/10 experience—I highly recommend celebrating birthdays here at HDL!

There is no 6 stars under review section. If not, I’d gladly give this outlet 6 stars for its stellar service!!! We were already super satisfied with the service crew when we were dining in💯😁then further impressed by Manicurist fabulous performance. Serene is so so friendly and warm:) beautified my nails with cats eye design which will be so expensive if I am to do it outside at salons! And I think she is even more professional ❤️ also super sweet to guide the kids to do a computer print design;) perfect service and best of all places. N
