We had Hot Pot at this Chinese restaurant during Chinese New Year, and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely fantastic – fresh ingredients, rich broths, and a wide variety of options that made every bite better than the last. It truly felt like a feast! The atmosphere was lively and festive, perfect for the occasion. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout – service was genuinely great. As someone celebrating Chinese New Year the Singaporean way for the first time, I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. The warmth, the flavors, and the vibe all came together beautifully. Highly recommended if you're looking for authentic Hot Pot and a welcoming environment to celebrate special occasions.

The dining experience here is wonderful. Excellent service from service crew, especially Xin, who is friendly and very attentive, checking in often to see if we needed anything. Always a pleasant experience dining here. Will definitely visit again.

I was completely blown away by the service in this Haidilao outlet! I don't normally write reviews but the sheer magnificence of the view (as shown in the pictures) as well as the exemplary service compelled me to write this review. The food: Compared to other outlets around the nation, the food feels fresher, and is overall much more presentable than certain outer outlets. The atmosphere : WOW! Is the first thing that came to mind. The seaside view makes you feel like you're having a candlelit dinner, and the neon signs are extremely beautiful, and unlike any other outlets The service : Our server, 啊信, was extremely attentive to us, and constantly provided refills whne our soup base was too low, and made the visit so much better! Offering us warm towels, and checking in on our table frequently. He even enthusiastically sang a birthday song for my friend! Overall, I would definitely recommend a visit here! Not only is the food delicious, the service is impeccable!

We have tried many outlets in singapore and this is the best in terms of quality of food and service! Doudou was very helpful and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable! Also got a free yellow duck water gun because of an event. My kid loves it!

Visited so many different branches of Haidilao in Singapore. Vivocity definitely has the best service. Celebrated my boy birthday today. Super thumbs up to the staff Sun Chao 孙超. Exceptional service and he is very polite and always wear a smile on his face. Thank you for making our dinner and my kids happy.

Had lunch with my family and friend at Vivo HDL because of their milk tea station. I really love the service here. Was served by A Xin and Xiao Du, they were friendly and helpful, very attentive to our needs. When we accidentally drop a cover, they immediately went to help, saying it’s okay. They also paid very close attention to us, removing plates almost immediately after we cleared the dishes to make our table look neater. They also offered to change my friend’s plate because it was very soupy and mixed with the sauce already. Was given a table right beside the view that sees cable cars, sea and Sentosa, one of the best view in the restaurant. After which, we took a number and did our manicure. The manicurist was also friendly and did a wonderful nail polish for my grandma and aunty. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Vivocity HDL, definitely would visit again.

Despite being around for awhile now, Haidilao maintains their high level of service standards towards customers and puts in effort to incorporate new ideas/activities to enhance customer experience. Got a rubber ducky bath squirt gun, thanks to 豆豆 who informed us of the on-going promotional event. Great service by 豆豆!

My recent visit to Haidilao was made extra special thanks to the outstanding service from Zhang Jun. From the start, her warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a fantastic meal. Zhang Jun was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed without us even asking. She anticipated our requests, kept our drinks refilled, and made excellent recommendations for both menu items and dipping sauce combinations. Her knowledge and professionalism were impressive, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making our experience enjoyable. What stood out most was her attention to detail and personal touch. She made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal and even added thoughtful touches like offering extra utensils and checking in at just the right moments. Zhang Jun’s cheerful attitude and dedication to her work left a lasting impression on us.

Service is excellent. However, at this price point, the premium sliced beef were frozen and stuck together, which marred an otherwise good experience. Be careful to check the credit card billed amount as well. We combined two tables into one bill and was overcharged. Upon calling the restaurant the same day evening, a refund was processed. However, it still shouldn't have happened.
