HarbourFront Centre is a vibrant and well-organized shopping mall that also serves as a key ferry terminal for trips to nearby islands like Batam and Bintan. The mall offers a wide range of shops, dining options, and services, making it a great place to explore while waiting for your ferry. The building is well-maintained, with plenty of signs and helpful staff to guide you around. Whether you’re looking to shop, dine, or catch a ferry, the convenience and lively atmosphere of HarbourFront Centre make it an excellent stop in Singapore.

Subject: Disappointed with Service – Charged for Bag Despite Large Purchase Dear [De Figurelab / Customer Service Team], I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your store, Harbourfront level 3. I collected my stuff today's afternoon.... I made a purchase exceeding SG $150, which included several shelves—items that are not only heavy but also fragile. To my surprise, your staff informed me that I still had to pay for a shopping bag. I find this quite unreasonable. I could understand such a policy for small or inexpensive items, but surely some discretion should be exercised when it comes to larger, more delicate purchases. To add to my frustration, I have shopped at other similar stores where I was provided with a bag—free of charge—for purchases as low as $20. I simply cannot understand the logic behind your practice. It makes customers feel like they are not valued, even when spending a considerable amount at your store. Please take a moment to review the items I purchased. I believe your policy in this case reflects poorly on your customer service approach and needs to be reconsidered. I hope you will look into this matter and provide a response. Sincerely, Ms Law

I found myself at HarbourFront Centre, and what started as a casual visit turned into a delightful experience. Nestled by the waterfront, the mall’s relaxed and breezy atmosphere instantly set the tone for a perfect day. I began exploring the array of stores, which ranged from practical outlets to specialty shops. It wasn’t overwhelming but just enough to keep me intrigued. I found a quaint little store with unique travel accessories—perfect for an upcoming trip I’m planning. Feeling peckish, I headed to the dining area, where a variety of restaurants awaited. I chose a cozy café with a view of the harbor and enjoyed a hearty meal while watching ships dock in the distance. The calmness of the sea made the meal even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the mall’s seamless connection to nature. After my meal, I strolled along the boardwalk leading to VivoCity and enjoyed the cool sea breeze. The view of Sentosa in the distance was stunning, especially as the sun began to set. HarbourFront Centre is not just a mall—it’s a gateway to relaxation, travel, and adventure. I left feeling recharged and excited for my next visit.

Very big mall catered for people/tourists going to Sentosa. NTUC/food will be relatively more expensive here compared to other malls, but definitely cheaper than Sentosa. Tips is to buy from here then bring into Sentosa to eat. New lovet stall opened as well so u may see a surge of sg girls. B2 is undergoing renovations now so the McDonald is gone.

02-25-25 We got here early to explore the mall before watching Spectra at 8pm. L3 is the food court. That in itself is an activity you need to make sure to have plenty of time to enjoy many varieties of different ethnic food. Also don’t forget to enjoy the gondola with your loved ones at the bottom floor, think it’s B2. Check the signs.

Very large - easy to get lost. Very crowded. Has a weird smell but otherwise very clean. Lots of a variety of stores but selection is pretty typical of malls. I love the access of public transportation available. The monorail to Sentosa island is on the top floor and the MRT (subway) is accessible from the bottom floor. Most importantly!!! It is AIR CONDITIONED!!!
