Fantastic meal after a day out at Sentosa. Service was impeccable and food was great. The orh nee had an acquired taste though - there was hints of garlic in the paste. Not sure if that is the norm.
I really enjoyed the steamed Alaskan crab, and the dessert was quite good as well. However, some of the other dishes I ordered were either too salty or just not to my taste.
Food was delicious but the wait time was way too long… had to wait about 30 mins despite being next in queue with many empty tables, and waited an additional 40 mins for the food. The staff were trying their best but they looked short staffed. Hope the management can look into the shortage of manpower as I can see that other reviews have mentioned the same issue.

The overall experience and food quality was also way better than previous experiences at Jumbo restaurants.

After spending a fun-filled day at Universal Studios Singapore, we chose to have dinner at JUMBO Premium – and it turned out to be the perfect way to end the day.
The food was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh, with every dish prepared to perfection. From presentation to flavor, everything exceeded our expectations. The menu offers a variety of options that cater to different tastes, and each item we tried was a standout.
What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service. The staff were not only professional and efficient, but also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They served us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, always ready to assist.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Resorts World Sentosa or Singapore in general. It’s truly a top-tier dining experience. Without a doubt, I will be returning on my next trip to Singapore.
Signature Singapore crab & food. Excellent food which fresh and very very delicious seafood there. The service during my visits was excellent.
However, weird service that my family visited at 4:45 pm (thought its not peak time and easy to get a table), but surprisingly despite many empty tables, the staff didnt allow for any customers to come in. I saw the staff were having dinner in some tables and enjoy chatting. Its only 6:25 that I can get a table (despite the restaurant was still empty 20-30% of space). Mean the staff doesnt want to serve customers ???
