Simmered for Colour and Freshness. The Mysterious Red Mushroom From The Deep Mountains. Crowned as the 'King of Mushrooms', the red mushroom is a popular wild edible fungi that has a limited supply. Organically grown in the lands of nature. It takes strict conditions to grow the rare red mushroom. This includes specific soil and climate conditions with high temperature and humidity, and an altitude of 1000-1500 metres in a forest. It is a perfect environment that cannot be recreated artificially to grow this unique fungi. The Golden Hours of Harvest - a four hour window in the early mornings of summer. Timing is of essence to pick the best quality red mushrooms. Harvest usually takes place after the rainy season between July and August, with each growth cycle lasting 15 days. To ensure only the best red mushrooms are picked, harvesting takes place during a four hour window in the early mornings of summer.

My go to restaurant every time Im at Vivo. The food superb as always, service was good. You can eat and enjoy the harbor view if you sit inside. My forever favorite is sweet sour pork, and their meesua. Love it!!

Went there for a team lunch and service was fast and polite. The food was tasty and we didn't have to wait long between dishes. We had the set lunch meal and though it was nothing special, they also didn't spoil the taste of common dishes like sweet and sour pork. The "sausage" yam was pretty interesting since it did look like little sausages. As for desserts, take the herbal jelly with fruits, it is the tastier item compared to the white fungus.

Chinese casual dining w high quality, delicious food inspired by Putien, China. No GST and no service charge, and staff is warm and friendly (especially Zhi Ying). Great place to eat with a view of Sentosa! It gets crowded at lunchtime.
