Visited so many different branches of Haidilao in Singapore. Vivocity definitely has the best service. Celebrated my boy birthday today. Super thumbs up to the staff Sun Chao 孙超. Exceptional service and he is very polite and always wear a smile on his face. Thank you for making our dinner and my kids happy.

We have tried many outlets in singapore and this is the best in terms of quality of food and service! Doudou was very helpful and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable! Also got a free yellow duck water gun because of an event. My kid loves it!

I was completely blown away by the service in this Haidilao outlet! I don't normally write reviews but the sheer magnificence of the view (as shown in the pictures) as well as the exemplary service compelled me to write this review. The food: Compared to other outlets around the nation, the food feels fresher, and is overall much more presentable than certain outer outlets. The atmosphere : WOW! Is the first thing that came to mind. The seaside view makes you feel like you're having a candlelit dinner, and the neon signs are extremely beautiful, and unlike any other outlets The service : Our server, 啊信, was extremely attentive to us, and constantly provided refills whne our soup base was too low, and made the visit so much better! Offering us warm towels, and checking in on our table frequently. He even enthusiastically sang a birthday song for my friend! Overall, I would definitely recommend a visit here! Not only is the food delicious, the service is impeccable!

We had Hot Pot at this Chinese restaurant during Chinese New Year, and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely fantastic – fresh ingredients, rich broths, and a wide variety of options that made every bite better than the last. It truly felt like a feast! The atmosphere was lively and festive, perfect for the occasion. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout – service was genuinely great. As someone celebrating Chinese New Year the Singaporean way for the first time, I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. The warmth, the flavors, and the vibe all came together beautifully. Highly recommended if you're looking for authentic Hot Pot and a welcoming environment to celebrate special occasions.

There is no 6 stars under review section. If not, I’d gladly give this outlet 6 stars for its stellar service!!! We were already super satisfied with the service crew when we were dining in💯😁then further impressed by Manicurist fabulous performance. Serene is so so friendly and warm:) beautified my nails with cats eye design which will be so expensive if I am to do it outside at salons! And I think she is even more professional ❤️ also super sweet to guide the kids to do a computer print design;) perfect service and best of all places. N
