Haidilao Steamboat Buffet – Birthday Celebration for 4 We celebrated a friend’s birthday here and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was lively and full of energy, perfect for a fun night out. Despite how busy it was, the staff were incredibly attentive and never rushed us. They took the time to explain all the soup base and buffet options clearly. A special shoutout to our waiter Xiao Ke 弟弟 – his pleasant manners, cheerful attitude, and thoughtful service really made our dinner extra enjoyable. Thank you for making the night memorable! Highly recommend Haidilao for group dinners, celebrations, or just a satisfying steamboat meal with top-notch service.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Haidilao Vivo and I just had to take a moment to praise the exceptional service provided by one of the Pretty staff members,文君. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made excellent recommendations, ensured our tea was always topped up, and checked in regularly without being intrusive. What truly stood out was her cheerful attitude and attention to detail – she made us feel so welcome and taken care of. It's rare to come across service this thoughtful, and 文君really elevated our experience. The food was, as always, delicious –We’ll definitely be back

I had a great experience dining here. The variety of food was impressive—there was something for everyone, and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. The service from 小兰was excellent as well; the staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. The surroundings were pleasant and comfortable, with well-arranged tables that gave us enough space and privacy to enjoy our meal. Overall, a wonderful place to eat, relax, and enjoy good company. Nice ambience. Good sound system. Wonderful movie experience. I wish they had 4-5 minutes break at interval for bio break. It was a long Tamil movie, CAPTAIN MILLER. I wondered how they expect people to sit through-out or go to bio break during gripping movie. Didn't drink drop of water entire 3 hours.. mmmmm

5 stars cinema. Big and spacious. The decorations are always very unique catering to the new launch of the movies. There are massage chairs and vending machines available too. The cinema has been kept clean. Services wise- excellent. The staffs that have been providing outstanding and friendly service are Ann and William. Always so friendly and prompt to assist if I have any queries. There is a Gold Class section. Good to spoilt yourself once in a while to enjoy a movie in class!

Damn it, this is absolutely terrible. I’m dealing with low blood sugar and tapering off medication, and they still wouldn’t let me bring in a drink—even though I already bought a ticket! This is by far the worst cinema in Singapore. The service is horrible, especially that woman at the ticket check—what the hell is wrong with her? Seriously, this place is a disgrace.

Feel cheated having purchased the GV annual passes which only allows you to redeem for mostly asian movies. Made worse when GV chooses not to screen some movies starring popular actors like Andy Lau and Louis Koo. Deals that seems too good to be true are probably so.

The snacks are a little overpriced.... the movie theater is not bad though. Seats are typical size with a drink holder and the seats are decent comfortability. Sound quality and screen qualitt is quite good and the advestisements before the movie r quite intresting to watch

The cinema has alot of theatres for the normal screening. There are also 3 Gold Class movie theatres. Entrance of Golden Village at level 2 and you will need to take the escalator to level 3 where the snacks bar and check in area are. Big space are at level 3 where they will showcase the latest movie figuring and merchandise, hence able to take photo with the latest movie figures.

This is a pretty huge Cineplex and very well maintained at that. Reasonably clean and spacious with sufficient counters to buy food. The toilets though should have been much cleaner especially in the era of Pandemic that we are living in currently 👎 The staff are polite 👍 Seats are spacious with sufficient leg room for comfort. Social distancing bands were placed on chairs to prevent them from being occupied The Aircoln was not very cold inside the movie hall. The hall that we were assigned to watch the movie was a pretty large hall. Two floors inside the golden village -Both Escalator and stairs are available -Bin available outside movie hall and within -Separate sections for gold class and other special halls -Next to 7-eleven -Two spots inside, one on each level to purchase popcorn and other snacks
