In my opinion, nothing special to shout about. I’m referring to their chicken rice. The rice came warm, not hot. Chicken thigh was not as tender as my food centre’s version. Perhaps Go-Ang uses kampong chicken which can be firmer in texture? I actually tried their original version in Bangkok where the black sauce and red garlicky chilli sauce were missing. Here, both were provided generously so that’s a plus point. Other reviewers loved their cooked dishes plus they’re Halal certified. That’s their unique selling point- i won’t be back for the chicken.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow, despite arriving earlier, another table that came after us was served their food well before ours. To make matters worse, they brought out our soup before the rice, and then left us waiting so long that the soup turned cold. When we informed the staff that the rest of our food hadn't arrived, they didn’t apologize or try to fix it. Instead, they continued serving newly seated customers while we sat there with an empty table. Eventually, we just gave up and left. Unprofessional and completely unacceptable. This kind of service is not just inefficient—it’s unethical. Staff members even noticed our empty table multiple times but did nothing to help or check in. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting basic courtesy or competent service.

The food was absolutely amazing!!! And the service by Ms Shidah completely blew it out of the park. She was very helpful and keen to our needs and I would come back here to eat at this restaurant just to see her because her service was just THAT top notch. I had to take DSLR photos because my camera needs to eat because i couldn’t forget how amazing this experience was. 5 stars. I will be back here again!!!!!

I had a pleasant lunch at the restaurant, bite on a hard plastic item from the hotpot ( fish slice ) waitress help to waived the entire hotpot off the bill.. it’s not about the money but the gesture of customer satisfactory. Food tasted decent, love the omelette as it’s fluffy and tasty. Hotpot is actually nice but the pot can be abit “ flimsy” and shaky.. have to be extra careful with little kids around. Will recommend to others..

Went here with my colleague for lunch! The restaurant itself was spacious and cozy, providing a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The aromatic flavourful chicken rice is superbly taste & eaten directly from its restaurant. Their chicken were either steam or roasted in Thai cooking which been thru perfectly done! The steam fish was superb ! Definitely will be coming here again !!

A lovely spot for a relaxed lunch with a welcoming ambiance. I visited during lunch hour, and the staff were attentive and friendly—special thanks to Shidah, who provided a thorough explanation of the menu. For families with young children, space for strollers may be somewhat limited, so it's good to plan accordingly. Also, for those seeking halal dining options, this place is fully halal-certified.

26/7 0815pm The food was amazing, but the poor service at the end was unacceptable. The cashier demonstrated low service standards during our payment. He lost his temper and threw the tap card machine onto the table when we took a bit of time to complete the transaction.

I've been here a couple of times with my family, and let me tell you, it’s always an amazing experience! The service is lightning fast, and the staff radiates friendliness and always goes the extra mile to help. The food? Absolutely fantastic for the price! I can’t recommend this place enough—if you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out on a real gem!

First time having Michelin rated Thai Go Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice at Harbour Front/Vivo City. Not nice leh.. both boiled and roasted chicken were dry and tasteless, only the rice was okay and fragrant. Even the chicken soup was blahhh and their chili sauce tastes like from a bottle. My late mother's chicken rice and my aunt's are so much better. Michelin rate is a hoax?
