Kudos to the helpful staff of Ray-Ban who helped to replace a missing screw from my sunglasses on 17 December 2019 (despite it not being a Ray-Ban) without any qualms. Thanks for the awesome service, and I would definitely return to shop for a pair of Ray-Bans in future.

Visited the outlet with my husband. The moment we stepped into the store was greeted with a warm smile by Miss Cathy. Cathy was extremely helpful & friendly. Suggesting us which sunglasses would look better. She is definitely an asset to the company. It’s hard to see friendly customer service officers these days, I’m glad Cathy served us genuinely & we are happy with our purchase. She even explained how to care for the sunglasses & warranty part as well. Buying cupcakes at vivo city branch is my first time experience because my brother usually bought for me before. So, this brand is familiar with me. The cupcake’s taste is very outstanding but the customer service as I showed (I captured her from the back, hoping I didn’t invade her privacy, even though she had a bad attitude and temper). Me and my mom just finished dinner and wanted cupcake for the dessert. We bought 1 mini and 1 regular size but she think we can’t differentiate the size and comes out from the counter pointing this is mini and that one is regular with a little loud voice. I replied I know about the size and she said she can give box for mini if we buy at least 3. I show the price list that they sell only one mini without box. She takes what we ordered and I told her “You should listen carefully what the customer says next time” with positive voice. Then, her temper flares up and didn’t let me talk by saying back to me loudly and continuously. If she has personal or family problems, the customers are not the one who trigger them. Hope she can change in the future.

Read the reviews and guessing she is the same sales assistant. Picked up a preordered cake. Senior lady appeared angry, dismissive and not happy to serve me. Placed plastic bag with cake box on table, stared at her phone and said "you check it yourself, they packed everything for you already". First time ever, I preorder a cake and coldly told to "you check it yourself" while the person is looking at her phone. Whole encounter from the time she placed box on table til i checked and left, she just looked at her phone. Gave me the impression she was just waiting for me to leave. Cake is ok, but I'll buy my future cakes from other shops. Once is enough. I must remember to check Google reviews when trying out a new shop.

Terrible experience. That old lady at the shop is so terrible. I bought a cake voucher via Fave and wanna redeem at the shop. She used my phone and redeemed the voucher herself, then she said there is no QR code, there is no "successful". I showed her the TICK means successful. She said no! I said the voucher has been redeemed. O told her she must be talking about fave pay but I'm using fave VOUCHER. She is not familiar with the process yet shouted and yelled at me. Even use languages like WALAO and scolded me as if it is my fault that she doesn't know the process. I told her, you not sure u scold me for what? Then she said AIYA YOU GO LA GO LA! Terrible really. she chased me away without giving me candles and a cake knife. If it's not for the fave voucher i had paid online, i would have gave the business to other shops instead
