My wife Jenny and I have a very remarkable experience at ECCO in Vivo City on 13 Nov 2021. Mr Sato attended to us and provides an excellent service. He is very patient and knowledgeable and recommended a variety of shoes to us & explained the characteristics and special features of the shoes for us to try on. We are deeply impressed with his excellent service.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of one of your staff members during my recent visit to your store at Vivo City on 21/12/24. While on my way going in, I accidentally dropped a piece of a baby biscuit outside the store. The male sales assistant, rather than offering any help or assistance, rudely instructed me to clean it up. This was both unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I felt uncomfortable and disrespected by his response. I kindly request that you review your staff's customer service standards and remind them of the importance of maintaining a courteous and helpful attitude towards all customers. I hope that future interactions with your staff will reflect the high standards associated with the ECCO brand. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
