Visited the outlet with my husband. The moment we stepped into the store was greeted with a warm smile by Miss Cathy. Cathy was extremely helpful & friendly. Suggesting us which sunglasses would look better. She is definitely an asset to the company. It’s hard to see friendly customer service officers these days, I’m glad Cathy served us genuinely & we are happy with our purchase. She even explained how to care for the sunglasses & warranty part as well.
