Very rude staff wouldn’t let me have a paper bag to take my cupcake home in even though they just gave us a paper bag with a cookie it’s apparently not allowed for a cupcake so I decided not to have the cupcake at all, your loss. Absolutely ridiculous - it is up to me when I consume my cake and I was told by staff they are to be eaten straight away not taken home unless you get a whole box!? Bizarre and will not be returning again.

The problem s the staff. We asked to warm the cookies and serve us. The worker refused telling that it won't taste good. It tasted bad in normal temperature. We took it home and ate after heating. Tasted very good

Cupcakes were left in the showcase and in the heat to melt. Staff pretends to not see you. Avoid.

The workers here are just untrained and senseless. 1/3 of the menu here is coffee and we asked for an Americano and she said we have no Americano, but it was on the menu. We asked why then she just repeated they don’t have it.
We ordered something else then she checked with her supervisor, then said they have no coffee.
Not a sorry about that given, no explanation why coffee is absent when the coffee machine is sitting right back there. Is it broken perhaps? We’d never know cause the workers here are unable to answer questions.
We got a cookie anyway. Hope they would train their staff.

Not sure why there were bad reviews, maybe we were lucky to get a good server. He was very friendly and was generous in his ice cream scooping. The hokkaido milk chocolate and salted caramel ice cream were both delicious!

I’ve tried from the cabana, pool bed, beach bed. Service is great, food and drinks is worth the price, can we have the music as good as the other beach clubs in sentosa?
I’ll always remember the great service from Michelle and Alyssa for their welcoming service!
