Horrible experience. The old lady is very mean and rude. I wanted to buy the mini cupcake and she removed the new one and kept on side. Then she gave one from the old stock and when I confronted her about it, she started shouting at me. Please be careful when buying from here.

Dunno who hurt this auntie… white short bob hair. Literally waited at the counter for her to do up her cupcakes, told her I wanted “dark chocolate chip cookie” she screamed HUH and then scolded me saying that there are so many chocolate chip, which one. Ownself never hear properly then wanna rage lol helps

Twelve Cupcakes, your senior lady staff failed in her hygiene. She took my cookie with HER BARE HAND! She was shouting at most customers, asked us to go away once we are done. She is hard of hearing as well. We repeated the order many times and she still gave the wrong cookie. You will lose many customers if you don’t do anything about it. This will be my last visit to this store.

bought a red velvet cupcake happily and received one that looks like it got taken a bite away. no idea if they even QC the cupcake beforehand LOL but went to as the staff to change but she refused and claimed that all cupcakes are like that “where got perfect one?” as usual, the same old lady in all the reviews.

Be wary of what you paid for. The boxes were super dusty and there was even a dead bug inside . Email to the customer service was ignored, and respond took forever .

I don’t usually leave such negative reviews but I hope this helps for some change. Was excitedly looking for a small cake to celebrate a birthday and this looked perfect with a really nice selection! I asked some questions about the opening hours of the shop, planning to walk around Vivo and then buying the cake just before leaving. Unfortunately the lady behind the counter (as evident in the rest of the reviews here) was very rude and told me to buy it right now, implying that the shop doesn’t wait for me. So I gave my business to one of the many other cake shops in the mall instead. I hope this kind of service can be improved because the cakes did look nice!

I bought 2 mini cakes for my friends' birthday celebrations. The sales assistant did not start out very patient or friendly. Though she eventually ended my shopping experience on a sweet note. She was thoughtful and knows her products well.
