I just left the store buying laptop case Rude while serving customer. Not patience. Comparing to other customer.

Was looking at one item and my bag accidentally hit on to the water bottles at the rack behind and the bottles fell on the floor. Picked up the bottles and put back. After that the sales lady came and said things with an atrocious attitude and black face. If your bottles are so fragile then please don't put near the corner where people walk by in and out. Somemore the shop is so small. Staff also need to be educated with how to face customers instead of throwing tantrums to customers whom they think they can bully. This saleswoman on duty on 2/11/24 around 1pm totally spoils my day.

These girls are only interested to take selfies in the store when the store was packed with customers! The big size lady(the other 2 are slim and small), made a mistake during check out and refused to acknowledge her mistakes, still got the cheek to argued and rolled her eyes at us! Mistakes after mistakes! Yet she showed us the “it’s all your fault” face! At least the other 2 small size lady tried to help and rectified the issue, the big size one who was the one who creates all these mistakes refused to apologise and just stand there throwing tantrums and acting wilfully like a child! Disappointing experience!

Salesperson was rude and has an attitude. I had multiple member cards on hand and I could not recall why, so I asked for help to checked. She answered rudely that I just made multiple accounts therefore I had multiple cards. She then told me my total rudely when it was even that price. She should lose her attitude.

I visited your store at Vivocity with my kids today at 10:30 AM. The salesperson on duty was not very friendly, she display a negative body language and stare directed towards my child. I would appreciate it if you addressed this issue. We walked out as the environment wasn’t welcoming.

Visited on 7 Jun, Saturday evening on Hari Raya Haji. As expected, shop was crowded to the max, wave upon wave of people coming in and out. The whole shop was manned by ONE young man...being a public holiday, guess they were short staffed. But this ONE guy was the perfect example of grace under pressure. He was warm, friendly and kind, attending to each customer with a patience that was mindblowing because if I experienced the type of entitled attitude and rude tones, I wouldn't have it in me to be nice at all. In between serving customers, he wasn't slacking off but rearranging the shelves countless times due to influx of customers. Zul is his name. I don't know how you do it, Zul, but you made our shopping experience at this small TYPO branch an amazing one. Thank you for being patient with us and for holding the Snoopy drink cup till we could log in and get our voucher to use. You won't remember us, but we remember you. TYPO/COTTON ON, if you're reading this - Zul deserves a big fat bonus! So hard to get amazing service staff like him!

Utterly disappointed with the service at this outlet. This is a Saturday, I brought my pair of defective shoes down to VivoCity with my child because the soles were disproportionately worn off in comparison to the other parts of the shoes. We wasted our weekend here. As a matter of fact, the shoes are in good condition, exception for the soles. I brought them to the shop to find out what can be done. The supervisor bluntly told me nothing can be done, as it is an old model. She asked me to find a cobbler to fix it - which is impossible because the entire sole is one whole piece and part of it has broken off, or offered me a 10% discount for their shoes, which is a mere fraction of what I have paid for. I have been buying Ecco shoes for years and this experience is sorely disappointing. I will NOT return to this store again, and quite possibly, never patronise this brand again given the poor quality and customer service.
