Very good service from ANN. Very patient to repeatively explain the different types of products and provide recommendations. Not pushy at all unlike some other brands. I like it that Kiehl provided many free samples

No more sales staff here to attend to you. Just some random Tangs staff to get you what you need. Birthday month sample redemption is 3 small tubes of anti-aging eye cream - which is ridiculous really.
