Redeemed chope voucher at Vivocity outlet. Meet a very.....very nagging service staff. She kept look down on me who redeem chope voucher instead of payment. Question me alots as like I gotten free voucher. Tell u the truth if I'm her boss I'll fire her immediately. Chase away customer instead of bring in sale. I'll never go to this outlet forever. Service walk in customer first & give pastic carrier but chope customer got to carry the box of 3 slice cakes without carrier. Chope customer low class meh. Twelve Cupcake Bosses watch out, this kind of service staff (refer to picture behind the counter) chase away sale only.

Very good service. Very patient to explain the different types of products and provide recommendations. Not pushy at all unlike some other brands. I like it that Kiehl provided many free samples which helped in my travels and making a decision for my cleanser.

I have been to so so many Kiehl's outlet. Vivocity branch is the best. Sometimes i just went in and have a round to look, they never show attitude. When i said thank you and left, they are still friendly and did not get angry. Today I was served by Yenny. I still remember Kyle, but he was not around when I was there. His friendliness and attentive will always be in my heart. 1) super sincere 2) Friendly 3) The best attitude: NOT pushy at all. No hardselling 4) Honesty: it is actually very easy to persuade me to buy when you see my face and the way i asked questions. Cos some of the things i wanted are redundant and not necessarily to buy the products that have same function. Yenny explained nicely to me. Especially the vitamin C, the emulsion. About the vitamin C, actually i do not know anything, my friend said Vit C is good. However, Yenny explained to me about what i need: either by anti aging or by brightening. From there she explained to me and i can make decisions. She is not pushy, she given me the time to think and choose. She given me suggestion like what to choose depends on my needs, not because of want and promotion. The hand cream too, she explained to me the two different types. She even explained to me steps by steps which one to use first and I have another brand of pore reducer, she did not question much and taught me the steps to use. She arranged for me to take photos of products according to the correct steps. 5) Patience: Yenny was super patient with me, I asked so so so many questions and the discounts she is transparent enough and so kind. Thank you so much Yenny. Kudos to Vivocity Team again, your honesty and no hardselling are the reasons why I came back every single time despite my house is super far from Vivocity and I can actually choose other mall that I can earn a lot of points. However, this Superb team of Kiehl's Vivocity let me willingly sacrifice my time and sleep to visit them. I never regret purchasing at here!! Thank you Everyone.

Was served by a staff with a condescending tone. I’ve had quite a few unpleasant experiences shopping at Kiehl’s outlets. Perhaps donning a lab coat gave some of them a sense of superiority...

Veeeeery clingy staff, breathing onto my arm. When I turned around to face her, I was met with a chin tilt. Don't need that kind of attitude. Suntec Khiel's has wonderful staffs though!

Rude service. I can understand waiting in queue for 5-10 minutes before being allowed into the store due to social distancing measures. But before entering the store, I was rudely asked to "prove it" that I had checked in using the QR code. Took out my phone to "prove it" but I was expected to check in again. If you have doubts of your customers, then you don't deserve to have any.

visited on Thursday to buy moisturizer for my mom. Sharmain was helpful by letting me know that my mom had a $10 voucher i could redeem on her behalf, and enquiring what my and my mom's skin types were so she could pick out suitable complimentary testers for both of us. happy with the service!
