Brought my watch which was purchased elsewhere and asked if it was possible to fix the metal band/strap as it was spoilt. The kind female staff on duty helped to repair it. I forgot her name. But this was on 28th Feb, around 7.30pm. Service is great, thank you so much!

This place wasted our time. Me and my wife came now 8th February to buy some watch but the sign says they are closed! We traveled all the way from Jurong Point because the stocks are here but no one! Shop is closed!

The current staff felt a bit pushy. My previous experience with Sandy was much more comfortable and customer-focused.

Sandy was very patient and helpful in answering my questions. She recommended products according to my needs and I was impressed by her knowledge of the products. What is even more impressive was that she was very candid and sincere. She did not push for me to purchase products of a higher price range. It was all smiles from her from the moment I stepped in and left the branch. Please commend her for her excellent service.

This charming boutique is a haven for fragrance enthusiasts, and as a connoisseur of fine scents, I was truly mesmerized! Their extensive collection includes a variety of fragrance products such as essential oils, diffusers, and candles. I was especially drawn to the diverse range of essential oils, which I enjoy incorporating into my daily routine in various ways. After making a few purchases, Donkey is currently indulging in their ginger-scented gem—the Ginger Peppermint essential oil! Its enchanting aroma sets a welcoming ambiance, perfect for entertaining guests. I acquired two Scented Pouches of Bergamot Geranium. The fresh and floral blend of bergamot and geranium delights me, and I use them to enhance the fragrance in Donkey's bike box. Both of us admire the strong and long-lasting scents of these products, all at a reasonable price. The boutique is impeccably organized, and the staff are warm and attentive. Their passion for fragrances shines as they assist customers in discovering their perfect scent match. For those eager to explore a world of fragrances and discover unique scents for their living space, HYSSES - Home Scent is a must-visit destination. It's the ideal place to delve into new aromas that complement your individuality and create a truly captivating sensory experience.

HYSSES do have unique fragrance collection produced with pure essential oils. My favourite is Lavender Hinoki. But overall base on their price tag, quality and policy, I won’t purchase their products again. I have brought their shower gel & shampoo few years ago. It wasn’t great for skin even though it’s aromatherapeutic. Their shampoo can be rough on hair (easily entangled). A few month ago, I brought their face scrub which gave me break out. Since they claimed to produce organic products, I threw my receipt away. I returned to the store few days later for refund and emailed their management with evidence of purchase at their store with my bank statement at the exact same price. But they refused to do so despite this request being within 1 week just because it was opened and I didn’t have the physical receipt. Even Sephora and other skincare brand will allow refund & refunds if it causes sensitivity. I still supported their brand by getting a large essential oil home diffuser. Even though I hardly open my windows, the entire bottle (with small top ups in diffuser container) finishes within only merely 2 months when it was claimed to last 3-6 months. Their essential oil while does smell nice and intense, evaporates really fast. And it’s not that cheap too. Their wardrobe fragrance is selling for S$30+ per small paper packet.. It’s really over priced given their brand lack of popularity. Buy only if you don’t mind wasting money.. Aside from the brand’s policy, Service staff at Vivo outlet is friendly & excellent! :)
