Sales representative at Vivo was pretty awesome and ended up purchasing a Body Souffle Compromised Skin Rose Sandalwood approximately a month ago as a gift. Upon gifting, receiver realized that the sealed was opened and the lotion has leaked out of the tub (shown in picture).
Contacted Hysses on a replacement because it seems like the product has been used/opened? Customer service promised to come back with a response but to no avail after 7 days. Chased Hysses and was informed that there isn’t anything that they can do - because their procedure of purchase includes checking upon payment; which is rightfully sold to which we did check I must admit. HOWEVER, the lid of tub wasn’t lifted at the point of cashiering - to check if the seal was broken??
Hysses reason’s of non action is because of the check upon purchase and other irrelevant reasons - then maybe Hysses should implement a rigorous check on opening EVERY container lid to prove that they did not in fact sell a tester or used products to consumer?
Also maybe consider shrink wrapping your bottles and containers since Hysses pride on their high product quality as claimed. Their response was they checked all their products and none had such issue. Then maybe think about how this could honestly just be an isolated incident?
100 percent will not be patronizing Hysses again from all my family and friends.

I acquired two Scented Pouches of Bergamot Geranium. The fresh and floral blend of bergamot and geranium delights me, and I use them to enhance the fragrance in Donkey's bike box. Both of us admire the strong and long-lasting scents of these products, all at a reasonable price.

They have a wide selection of fragrance products, from essential oils to diffusers, candles, and more. Kitty was particularly impressed by the variety of essential oils, which she loves to use in her bag, wardrobe, and home. She ended up buying a few products, and I'm using one of their ginger-scented products myself—the Ginger Pepper Me essential oil! It's fantastic. I love using it when visitors come over. It creates such a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
Kitty purchased two 5/1600 SCENTED POUCH, BERGAMOT GERANIUM.
