Being a regular, I often visit the ion and liat towers branches, headed down to the vivo branch today (15 Apr 2025).
The retail assistant, a Filipino lady, Jessesca or Jesse was particular attentive, providing exceptional service from start to end and ensuring the smoothest shopping experience. She was very attentive to every detail including trying to notice the customer's preferences as well as noting the customer's needs on apps and points benefits. She was also the first retail staff, to spot me being a regular and told me I could get my order registered on the app which was great as I could better track my orders. I've been shopping with Massimo for the past six months in stores and online, this was the very first time I liked their customer service.
Would definitely head back to this branch if not for the slightly inconvenient location for my preference. I wasn't as satifised with the customer service at the other two branches, but Jessesca or Jesse really impressed me!!! Left me with such great impression I had to leave a review just for her.
Wanted to get some Christmas gifts for my boyfriend and uncle and was utterly appalled by the rude and unpleasant service by the staffs (namely Lucas and Farhan) at Weston Corp Vivo City outlet. As I had to unfold the polo shirts/shirts to look at the entire design, both sales staffs looked so annoyed that they had to fold back the clothes after I unfolded them and were sighing as I was enquiring details regarding about the sizing. Very impatient as I was considering between the different designs. When I finally bought the merchandise, Lucas even had the audacity to place the shirts in a torn plastic bag, which I had to then request for a new plastic bag as it was meant to be a present, (which Lucas then sighed again?!) Really disappointed in such customer service. Makes customers like myself wonder whether Western Corp even do screen through their sales staffs, and provide proper training. Or are the staffs underpaid to justify such behaviour.
Great Experience shopping here. Got myself an authentic MU shirt. Staff are nice and patience. I asked for different sizes, they tried to find them for me. They did the name and number perfect. Thank you. 👍👍 …
This place has got terrible customer service. We went to get a gift that was presented to us exchanged as it was the wrong size. Tags were not removed, receipts were intact and in fact we went the next day since the person who gifted us also provided the receipt. The customer service allowed us to exchange which was great, but what's with the attitude towards treating us slowly and keeping us waiting as if we are not worthy of your service. Furthermore, they told us that the exchange can only be done once, so if we get the size wrong again - no exchange. That's understandable but the way it was communicated was very appalling. I left with such a feeling that I won't forget for long. In fact, I don't recommend this place at all.
Had a bad experience. Ask for a size, staff looking very not bothered. Look in the system, then go to store to take. Come out say don't have. When request to check again, ask me to look for myself among the stocks. Very rude. Wished I've ask for his name.
the sales person did not let my little brother try the shoe and walk abit to feel the comfort and they said it was dirtying the shoe. I tried it and they didn't say anything about me.
