When i first entered the store, the staff attended me with a very aggressive greeting, asking me to speak up my problem in mandarin. I would like to ask, where's your customer service? Even if I am younger than the attending staff, that's not how you speak to your customers. I brought some products to enquire, and they immediately assumed that I was going to ask for a refund and rejected me. I just left.
My first visit to this outlet, after choosing a couple items ( promotion at 2 for $30, hanging on the shelves items), the auntie stopped me and said no trying for promotional item.
Only normal price item (which is buy 2 free 1)can try.. Isn't this considered a promotion as well?
She said need to reserve for other customers, (the fitting rooms were empty),the shop was empty as well. When asked is it the company's policy? She mentioned only apply to this outlet, because only this outlet got promotion. Been a Pierre Cardin supporter, but quite shocked to learn this "rule". No more next time..
Guat Fen did really show me all items very sweetly and professionally , and showed me all required items as per my ask. I highly recommend this shop and Fen for her customer service thank you very much Fen :)
Worst shopping experience!
When I first came in , there was no customer in store . I seek for help to measure my size . The staff just ask me to take my usually size . Then I asked again because I just want to confirm my size , after she measured I just feel that she anyhow measure my size and me to decide my own for the size .
Okay fine !
I know the staff busy doing stock , so I just browse my own . Next customers came in , she also continues do her stock . Until the couple find nothing wanted to go out , the staff start to approach the couple. I go to counter want to make payment , the staff ask me to wait because she need to find stock for this customer. So I wait at counter for awhile, but after this staff come to counter .
She said to me that “i know is you come in first , but this customers ask or help first so I need to wait first If not later she will get complaints” .
But funny part is I just want to make payment , and the fact is I come in early before this customer, it’s me the first customer not the next one ? I just want to pay and go , not standing there waste time wait for you to find stock for other customers . Terrible service ! Won’t come to this store anymore !
Rude aunty I go on sunday evening 1/5 7:25, I like Pierre Cardin but I go this shop I refuse to buy & never come back again this shop, she talk so rude she think I no money to pay 😡 …
Currently the only official new era in Singapore, lots of choices from baseball cap, snapback , clothes and back pack. Services was bad, stuff attitude was awful.
