Rude aunty I go on sunday evening 1/5 7:25, I like Pierre Cardin but I go this shop I refuse to buy & never come back again this shop, she talk so rude she think I no money to pay đĄ âŠ

Worst shopping experience! When I first came in , there was no customer in store . I seek for help to measure my size . The staff just ask me to take my usually size . Then I asked again because I just want to confirm my size , after she measured I just feel that she anyhow measure my size and me to decide my own for the size . Okay fine ! I know the staff busy doing stock , so I just browse my own . Next customers came in , she also continues do her stock . Until the couple find nothing wanted to go out , the staff start to approach the couple. I go to counter want to make payment , the staff ask me to wait because she need to find stock for this customer. So I wait at counter for awhile, but after this staff come to counter . She said to me that âi know is you come in first , but this customers ask or help first so I need to wait first If not later she will get complaintsâ . But funny part is I just want to make payment , and the fact is I come in early before this customer, itâs me the first customer not the next one ? I just want to pay and go , not standing there waste time wait for you to find stock for other customers . Terrible service ! Wonât come to this store anymore !

Rude and aggressive sale Chinese aunty. She wonât allow you to choose what you like and she will keep on nugging you. I have never seen so rude like her. You can buy somewhere else same price and the same quality. If you enter this shop and your own risk. Think twice before buying from this shop. I donât go back there for sure. The management team should investigate rude to customer and not open the shop in opening hours.

Waited for half an hour and still no one at the store during operating hours. No notice was display either at the entrance to at least have the courtesy to inform is in on lunch break or toilet break.

When i first entered the store, the staff attended me with a very aggressive greeting, asking me to speak up my problem in mandarin. I would like to ask, where's your customer service? Even if I am younger than the attending staff, that's not how you speak to your customers. I brought some products to enquire, and they immediately assumed that I was going to ask for a refund and rejected me. I just left.

The 5 stars is for the staff on duty. Minus 1 star cos this place is understaffed. Theres a sale ongoing and it was super crowded and long queue as there was only 1 pax on duty today. The lady staff on duty (didnt get her name) handled it so well. From shouting sorry to everyone in an animated manner to cheer everyone up, to pretending to kiss the customerâs card to wish it luck cos the card wouldnt go through (boss pls improve the wireless access to the cards, it failed to process mine too), to joking with everyone in queue, taking time to serve another lady with all smiles on her face and no complaining. She was a total gem and many would not have been able to handle the service with such smiles and joy even though queues were going out the door. She really deserves a raise, and pls, put more staff on duty esp during sales. Thanks!
