Receipt was written with goods can be exchangeable within 7days but Aldo refused to exchange when I try to exchange for bigger size. The reason they given is that their system has changed - which is not customers’ fault and is unacceptable.
I have purchased quite a few bags around end of May during their 50% off for the second item but the bag quality is very poor.
Got two of the same handbags for a friend and myself but both of us encountered the leather on the handle was peeled off when we opened the plastic wrap so we went to do an exchange for another bag design instead as the lady explained that the bags have been kept for too long in their storeroom and the place is very humid.
When I reached home, I opened the exchanged bag and there were dents on the handle part which I did not see while getting an exchange at the store as the handle was wrapped with plastic. I just accepted it as it is very troublesome to go back to the store again.
After using the exchanged bag for a few days, one side of the clip area for the sling strap starts to pop out as if my bag was too heavy but I did not put many items in my bag and there are no heavy items. I do not dare to continue to use the bag as I am afraid the bag will tear or damage.
Therefore, I went to ALDO to consult the staff about the bag’s issue and would like to have a refund instead of another exchange as I do not wish to exchange once more due to their poor quality. The lady insisted on exchanging the bag for me one last time when I requested for a refund but she still insisted that the bag did not have any problem and other customers will still purchase it even if there is a pop out while carrying the bag. She even told me that she can choose to not do anything for me but out of goodwill, she is willing to do an exchange for me. What kind of customer service is this?
I had no choice but to do an exchange so she went to get a new bag for me, while checking the bag, I saw the compartment inside which is dented and I told her about it but she explained that the person did not stuff the paper in properly that’s why it is dented and she said it is not an issue at all. Basically, she just doesn’t want to get another bag for me.
This is really the worst customer service and ALDO’s quality is really very poor compared to other brands with similar pricing. The cost of the bag is not even worth the quality. I will not purchase anything from ALDO ever again and I will not recommend any of my friends or family to purchase anything from ALDO.
Also sales staff are friendly always they try their best to asst customers apparently the excellent store manager goes beyond his dream blaming customers not handling item they purchased accordingly how ever the excellent store manages is not qualify to make such accusation unprofessional cause he failed to see or understand the design of their item which is fragile or end up sharp end which he n his production team failed to rectify very poor QC
I suggest think deeply before purchased

submitted a feedback email to the HQ to let them know our experience and got a reply refuting my experience based on their staffs' words, basically invalidating my experience (please refer to the second screenshot attached for their reply).
did they think that i'm so free that i will make up lies about my experience just to give feedback to them? ridiculous and questionable service and "service recovery"
Aldo shoes quality is bad. I only wear the shoes to try around at home and the shoes are immediately soiled. And Zalora refuse to let me return them. The quality of the soles are really bad and very easily stained.
Note: if you think the pictures do not show any stains, that's not what Zalora says. They insist there are stains and refuse to refund me. #theyareprettymuchrobbers.
There is a lovely girl named AZ that was amazing, such a great help with helping me find the things I needed. Hope to see her again when I return to the shop. Well done!
Bought a green slip-on from them which lost its color at the front within 2-3 weeks. I hardly wore it 4-5 times. Even with slight rubbing against the floor, i have never seen any slippers lose its color like this, not even the cheapest ones. When i went back to the vivo city store, the staff refused to help. They call their products premium and charge high amounts and provide poor quality item and service.
I have brought a pair of shoe for my self two days ago. Worse quality not recommended to others dear buyers please do not buy same shoes as mine.
It is non water resistant at all. It just small pouring my socks wet so quickly.

Bought a pair of men’s sneakers here and shopping experience was good. Staff was helpful but never pushy, you can choose what you want whatever you without them hawking over you.
The branch has quite a good selection of men and women’s shoes too even though it’s not too large. As for the sneakers I bought, they are comfortable and stylish! The first pair of shoes in a long time that didn’t chafe my feet when worn brand new.
