I would like to compliment few of your staffs at ViVo outlet. Few weeks ago, i was helping a friend to look for a specific pendant which has no stock.
But Josephine , took the extra mile to check other outlets. After a few days, got a follow up text that stock is available.
On the day, it was her off day. It was a seamless coordination within the team. Abbie and Rainbow assist on the full sales process. From finding the reserves item, to verifying the weight of the item. It makes the retail experience very easy.

Serve by Ms Rainbow Chong. She is friendly and patiently serve my wife and I on what we need. We visited during Friday afternoon, this is a nice time to patronise as there is no crowds and we have ample time to look for what we need. We find the design is pretty and of good variety. Worth trying if you are considering buying gold.
I was assisted by Rainbow and Kensh. They are so pleasant and accomodating. They gave me good deal and offer. I would reco these 2 coz they provide excellent service.

Feeling very thirsty during lunch and that’s how I ended up in Brotzeit. I think they’re the only one selling Dunkel in VivoCity. The schnitzel with fries was just an excuse. But it was perfect with lingonberry sauce. Service was great, I was asked if I want a refill of the sauce. Food was served very fast and the piped in music made me feel as if I’m on a vacation, even though it’s just Thursday.
am here often after work as it is a nice chill place with good food. always enjoyable hangout as the staff is attentive even during dinner peak.
when weather is not too hot at night, best to sit outdoors and enjoy the breeze and view!
