I had an amazing experience at the salon thanks to Jazz! incredibly welcoming, listened carefully to what I wanted, and delivered even better results than I imagined. My hair looks and feels fantastic—she clearly knows her craft and puts a lot of care into her work. Highly recommend Jazz if you’re looking for someone skilled, friendly, and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I thought my hair was too layered and too short to be permed the way I wanted, but Jass did such a great job... It was exactly how I hoped for it to turn out. And all under 3 hours! I was salon-hopping for my past few perms, but I will make Ex style my new go-to from now on!

First time doing a wash and cut here by stylist Chloe, overall did not disappoint. I showed a reference picture to Chloe and the end result is accurate to the picture and even better! She took extra time to make sure each piece of hair is in place and I can see her professionalism as a hair stylist. Thanks for the great experience, will definitely be back again 😊 Ps. Read some reviews about hard-selling but I did not experience anything like that. They did recommend me some hair products but were very understandable when I rejected their offer.

Just had an amazing experience at Coffee Bean Bistro, VivoCity! Big shoutout to Anaqi for the warm and friendly service. Super attentive, helpful with the menu that i ordered, and made my visit extra pleasant. It’s staff like him that make all the difference—thank you, Anaqi and team today (13 May 2025 @ 2050hrs)! Will definitely be back!

They cakes and coffee are all in take away cups and disposable plate. The cake is in thin slice and unevenly shape. The place is pretty humid and warm as well. Being a coffee bean regular, I definitely would not ever come again! I left without eating the cake! The cappuccino is half a cup filled and taste way too bitter! Never had such an awful coffee in my life!! Disappointed!!

Major plus point is it's opened until 11pm , where most shops closed at Vivo city by th time . Coffee taste and quality is superb. Staff was friendly and accommodating served with a pleasant attitude even though we rushed in last moment nearly closing time . Sitting is somewhat comfortable, bit packed inside, overall experience was very pleasant.

Rubbish service, a customer was considering to buy something so she left her turn and left the counter for the cashier to serve another customer. When I got called to be served, that customer came back to order, that counter did not reject her and took her order without addressing me, leaving me standing in the middle of nowhere, the other counter then served the customer behind me. So I stand in between 2 counters stranded, if your branch is having difficulty managing a queue, I can only imagine what your actual service is like.

The staff were nice. However, was NOT happy about paying $13.60 for pasta.. only for it to be served on a PAPER plate with WOODEN utensils. Only come to this outlet if you're ok with that or only getting drinks. ps. At 10:40pm, they start going around telling everyone that they're closed already? Google stated 11pm?

After a cable car ride on March 29, we found ourselves in HarbourFront on a hot day, craving a refreshing iced coffee. We came across a promotion at The Coffee Bean for their signature Salted Caramel Latte, available hot or iced, as well as the Salted Caramel Blended. Opting for the blended version, we ordered two, along with a Malibu drink, which wasn’t part of the promotion. While caramel usually seems too sweet for my taste, the salted caramel was surprisingly well-balanced—not overly sweet, but just right. This promotion runs until March 31 and is as good as a 1-for-1 deal, making it even more worthwhile. Highly recommended!
