Price stated is 19.90 but at casher they still charged 29.90. Upon asking they said no it is 29.90. Their arrangement and labelings are nit correct!

Brought my mum down to get a new phone. The experience was Wow! The experience was superb compared to our last trip. Bernard Lim And Leonard were very patient to go through the details with my mum. Also they assisted with the transfer of her data from the old phone to the new phone. Indeed a very good experience.

Chris Lee is probably one of the worst sales person here. He rushed through my zym mobile plan setup and lied that i can transfer the plan to my name later. When his colleague assisted my family member they did it the correct way and Chris was forced to admit his mistake. Now i can’t even access my own zym account because is under a different family member.

I purchased a phone with a screen protector on wednesday and there is already a chip on the protector. When I checked with the person at the cashier, he didn't even bother to look at me or the phone and said that it is like that and they don't have any issues so far. I generally have a very good experience with the staff but this is horrible service of just one person who i believe is the manager. I don't expect a replacement but at least some attention given to a customer is needed. If you cannot be bothered with a customer with queries and have feedback on your product, then it is quite disappointing.

Samsung Online Store GROSS MISREPRESENTATION OF STOCK DELIVERY AND INVENTORY. I would avoid buying from Samsung. Bought S25 on Samsung online store and was notified of delayed delivery via SMS. No further follow ups after a week. I had to call into Samsung customer service 3 times on my own to figure out when the delivery would happen. Turned out they didn't figure out their stocks properly and ran OOS of Pink. Was asked to change my phone colour so that the delivery could be arranged. Absolutely no service recovery. I had to recover it for them. It is astounding that buying direct from Samsung I was deprived of obtaining the desired phone model on time. Will never be buying from Samsung ever again.

Good: 1. Spacious Samsung showroom at vivocity. 2. Helpful staff. 3. Excellent service center for Samsung phones. They take good care of your phone as long as it's under warranty. Bad: 1. Watch straps are there for display only, not for sale. 2. Sometimes, Samsung accessories can be found for cheaper @ singtel and M1 shops in the same mall. ============== Edit ( 08-2023) Went there for screen repair for my under warranty Fold 4. 1. I was asked to backup my phone data using smart switch. 2. After backup was complete, I erased all data on my phone before handing it over. 3. Signed a couple of documents for a loaner note 10. 3. Got an update the same afternoon that my phone was repaired and is ready for pick up. 4. Went to the store the next day and picked up my phone with: 1. Replaced inner LCD. 2. Replaced screen protector. 3. Replaced the battery. Good job.

My wife and I visited the Samsung Experience Store at VivoCity recently to purchase each a new phones, and we were served by two outstanding salespersons – Eric and Lyn. From the moment we stepped into the store, both of them were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain everything clearly to us. What impressed us most was how efficiently and smoothly they assisted us with transferring data from our old phones to the new ones. Throughout the process, they remained attentive and professional, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. We truly appreciate their excellent customer service and would like to commend them for a job very well done.
