The staff were nice. However, was NOT happy about paying $13.60 for pasta.. only for it to be served on a PAPER plate with WOODEN utensils. Only come to this outlet if you're ok with that or only getting drinks. ps. At 10:40pm, they start going around telling everyone that they're closed already? Google stated 11pm?

Rubbish service, a customer was considering to buy something so she left her turn and left the counter for the cashier to serve another customer. When I got called to be served, that customer came back to order, that counter did not reject her and took her order without addressing me, leaving me standing in the middle of nowhere, the other counter then served the customer behind me. So I stand in between 2 counters stranded, if your branch is having difficulty managing a queue, I can only imagine what your actual service is like.

They cakes and coffee are all in take away cups and disposable plate. The cake is in thin slice and unevenly shape. The place is pretty humid and warm as well. Being a coffee bean regular, I definitely would not ever come again! I left without eating the cake! The cappuccino is half a cup filled and taste way too bitter! Never had such an awful coffee in my life!! Disappointed!!

Wonderful staff here. Visit at least twice a week to enjoy their beautiful breakfast set... the salad is really good.

First time downloading the coffee bean app and wanted to use the 1-for-1 drink offer. We were there on 14 Aug @ 14:00hrs. Special shout-out to Mr Arif and his team of two other ladies (my apologies I did not manage to get their names!) for their friendliness and excellent customer service. We will be back to try the new drinks again! 👍🏻

Just had an amazing experience at Coffee Bean Bistro, VivoCity! Big shoutout to Anaqi for the warm and friendly service. Super attentive, helpful with the menu that i ordered, and made my visit extra pleasant. It’s staff like him that make all the difference—thank you, Anaqi and team today (13 May 2025 @ 2050hrs)! Will definitely be back!

My lower rating as compared to their outlet in Compass One... Preferred the one via Compass One as they provided stainless steel fork/spoon/knife as well as real porcelain plates unlike in Vivo outlet unfortunately they served you with disposable ones :( I wish they standardised across all their outlets!

Good day…. Looking some place to have some sip of coffee around Sg??maybe i can recommed this shop inside vivocity mall..🤗🤗they have a very nice and polite staff too🥰🥰they are very approachable which u can feel comfy.. The food also is nice..same like the bread was freshly baked..and those fresh veggie salad is so fresh and taste nice..and i luv their coffee too it was perfect for me…
