Quite a busy restaurant, reminds me of a cruise ship because your overlooking the harbour onto Sentosa. Ordered a bunch of food, dragon roll looked amazing and taste good, vegetarian soup was ok, Wagyu beef was cooked to our liking as we ordered medium rare. The salad was ok, you need the dressing as there are three to choose from. The green soba noodles was the most delicious of all our dishes. Good service as we got green tea refills and didn't have to ask for it. Place has nice atmosphere, can be busy and lively, background music is suitable for the restaurant.
Feedback wise - ordered some beer and never came, I had to ask to have this removed from the bill upon payment . No apology, it was like it was normal thing that happens there. Other thing is that when you are seated, the tables have wet wipes in small green packages. These are apparently 60 cents each which we were not advised about, for me it's not about the cost - it's about the principle. Maybe have the waiter tell us it's 60 cents / cost involved or even print it on the package.
This was a nice place to get sushi after a day at Sentosa. It offers a good view of the harbour. They didn't have gluten-free soy sauce but there were no issues with cross-contamination. Ramen was ok but curry udon and tempura was a good choice. There is currently a special for 2 Kirin beers so get in on that if you like.
To be a restaurant inside a mall, their food is really good. The sushi felt fresh and the sashimi was of great quality.
The service was good, although I feel they didn't like having to get a high seat for my baby. Other than that they did their best to serve.
The atmosphere is nothing special, at least during lunch time. Maybe in the evening it's better with the view to Sentosa and the city.
Probably will come back.
Come off peak hours so that the queue is more manageable. Donāt let the entrance fool u, as it opens up to quit a large dining area. It is nice that tables are at a comfortable distance from each other and there are tables with a view.
Sushi Tel food doesnāt disappointment. Thereās consistency for the quality they deliver.
Iāve been a loyal customer of this outlet for over a decade, but todayās service was truly one of the best Iāve ever experienced. I visited on 23 July at around 1PM and was served by a Malay gentleman with a buzz cut (unfortunately, I didnāt catch his name) in white polo t. He was so attentive and caring, reminding customers to watch their steps, and even warning us that the water was a bit hot so we wouldnāt get burned. Little gestures like these really mean a lot. Heās thoughtful, kind, and clearly passionate about his work. Very lucky to have someone like him on your team. The food was great as always, but today it was made exceptional by the outstanding service.
Rice bowl portion is big for me and if you are small eaters, you can share it for 2 persons. But meat or tempura is not many ⦠Sushi is good ⦠As you know that this is restaurant standard and pricey ⦠There is no reservation and they only accept walk-in customers. So, my advice is better to reach there around 6pm for the dinner if you donāt want to wait for the long Q.
Nice ambience. Food was good. We had yellow tail, tuna and salmon. All of them tasted fresh. Service was fast and efficient. Self order concept with a tablet on every table.
Last week for 2pax with such an awesome view. Since we don't want to have noodles, We ordered 2 rolls and others. The rolls were tasted awesome. Service is good, the server will refill our green tea once it was low amount in the cups.
Food here is fantastic with a nice view! Got the nabeiyaki udon which is always consistently good š«¶. Love the mango crab maki as well, the mango was so sweet! Look at that deep yellow / orange color š„°š§”.
Only thing that can be improved is the service, which is always a problem with restaurants in Singapore š.
Expensive experience with Sushi Tei. Helpful staffs and great environment. Great seating view to the Harbour. I love the lobster and salmon rolls. Sukiyaki set was great to try but quite overpriced for a small set of beef slices. Overall a place for you to pamper yourself with good sushi and great service.
