We originally went to another pet-store that had excellent reviews on Google but was disappointed when we got there because it wasn't well stocked, pricey and staff didn't really know what they were doing. Decided to head to Pet Safari at Vivo and was shocked at how well stocked they were. They had everything we needed for our new puppy. The lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful. I will be going back and even signed up to their membership. Thank you Per Safari.

Lousy cashier service. Was trying to buy some food for my turtles. Stood in the queue and this cashier is serving the customer over the counter but keeps talking and talking bringing customer ahow this and that. And customer still asks tonnes of questions and she (,cashier) never even bother about the queue who wants to pay money. Customer still slowly open one by one dont know what dog stuff and check expiry date one by one at the counter and she even allow that. Waste of time.

Large variety of pet supplies. Includes a pet grooming area and bakery too! Nice to walk around and look at what’s out there!

Went there to get a pet hamster for our children. As we are "new parents" of a dwarf hamster, the shop assistant, Josephine Yap, helped us with the basic items needed, explained to us patiently of our queries and even assisted to set up the cage. We were totally happy to receive such great service there even tho the place was buzzing with people on a Saturday evening!

PET LOVERS CENTRE has always been a happening place to shop for my pet necessities. Variety and choices of products at its top notch. Notwithstanding any purchases being made, the staff over there do render warm and friendly services. When I am in doubt with my pet welfare, the informative Pet Care consultant are there to answer my queries. I would say, if you do need anything for your pet, Vivo Pet Safari is the One stop Service and solutions for all your pet needs. Thumbs up!!

The (Filipino?) lady helping me was extremely helpful in my questions on what to buy for my birds. She was awesome. This rating however, is targeted at the two Chinese staff (one male, one female) who refused to give me a Receipt, UNLESS I pressed a button giving the customer service a review! Their social / customer kills were not the best to defray this issue. I demanded a receipt, but relented and pressed a customer service rating button at the cashier. Which I didn't want to touch. As I told them Why should I be made to do anything to get a receipt? This is illegal I will remind the establishment's owners and managers that refusing to give a receipt to a customer who requests one is ILLEGAL. And the authorities should be alerted to this behavour. Dead animals? What else is not being taken care of ? Where is the care for animals? Singapore’s largest pet chain yet they allow a dead fish that was being eaten to just float there. I can only imagine the care they put into the other animals

This store is simply charming with its Pirate of the Caribbean theme! Love the vast varieties of products and services they have in store. Had bought a puppy from them and since then it always makes me coming back for more! Being their member is also the best part, as they occasionally throw in freebies with some purchases or special promotions they have! Warm and friendly staffs, with their knowledgeable pet care consultants and I love coming here because I can be assured that I am getting the best information for my pup!

Overall a good dining experience. Seafood & Chicken Paella is great. The slightly charred rice has a light nutty taste and crunch. Portion was a little small but it only comes in one size. Perhaps Tapas Club could provide regular and large serving sizes? The churros is slightly too dense and should be lighter & fluffier. I think all those who have eaten the churros here agrees. Unfortunately, customers' feedback has not been taken into account and translated into action. Fish tacos are great but should come in 3s like all the other tapas. Drinks are a little pricey. Overall, highly recommended. 👍👍

Great food! Came here for a company dinner and ordered many small plates. My favourites were the ibérico pork as well as the jalapeños, which was a very interesting dish! The mushroom croquettes was also really nice, and kind of tasted like solidified mushroom soup. All in all, I enjoyed every single dish. I do prefer the squid ink paella over the Valencia paella though, as it was richer in taste.
