I recently visited your location and ordered two coffees, including a cappuccino. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst coffees I've had. For over $14, I expected much better quality. The cappuccino tasted overwhelmingly like milk and foam, resembling a "babycino" rather than a properly made drink. I believe it would be beneficial for your staff to receive further training on basic latte art and proper coffee preparation techniques. Additionally, ensuring the calibration of your beans could significantly improve the overall quality.

The staff are the best I can ever find. Came on 6 July 2025 at 6:45pm. After purchasing my drinks, I was unable to scan the transaction details to my Vivo app. They went all way out to help me unlike another store in VivoCity where the staff said they did not know what to do. 5 stars to the guys there! They are the best!!!

Best Starbuck shop in Dis 7, friendly and nice staff, brings the comfort and peaceful feeling. Everyone should come here to enjoy the beautiful day with best friends and can shopping here also.

Cozy place and always crowded in the afternoon time. Now there is a robot will walk around the table to help us put dirty cups and plates. Food, pastry and drinks were good, but it would be great if the food can be more warm or hot when it’s reheated, and if the barista can really follow the request on the drink customisation as our preference (e.g. change the milk, reduce the syrup/sugar). As sometimes when we asked for low fat milk still comes with full cream milk, and when asked for 1 pump sugar/syrup only, which supposed to be very less sweet, but still comes with the normal sweetness which is very sweet for us.

Nice Starbucks here. Honeycomb salted caramel coffee Frappuccino is ok. French Vanilla Mille-Feuille Oatmilk Frappuccino® (Less Sweet) is not bad, fragrant and not too sweet. Malty Delight Chocolate Coffee Frappuccino® (Less Sweet) is alright. Double shot latte with oat milk is super fragrant and delicious.

I was here for lunch on Tuesday, 23/5/23. Nice and cosy place to chill. This Starbucks at Vivocity is one of the bigger outlets, hence it is spacious and not crowded at lunch hour. The rosemary chix croissant was yummy and so is the camomile tea. The raisin danish is just so-so, not very flavourful. Overall, it is a good experience marred only by one inconsiderate young guy who was sitting behind me and he was obviously unwell. He kept coughing and he was not wearing his mask. He should have stayed home to rest instead of chilling here when unwell. The staff who walked passed him should have been more responsive by asking him to leave instead of allowing him to sit there and kept coughing😓. Subsequent visits: Was here after violin lesson. Had a wonderful relaxing afternoon having tea and chocolate muffin. Here again today, 6 August 2024, afte my violin lesson. Had a relaxing afternoon sipping coffee. 19 May 2025, was here for breakfast but was unable to finish my meal cos of emergency announcement over the PA system. We have to evacuate. What a waste as I always enjoy breakfast at Starbucks.

The Starbucks at VivoCity is a perfect spot for a coffee break while shopping or enjoying the waterfront views. The store is spacious with plenty of seating options, both indoors and outdoors, making it a great place to relax or catch up on work. The staff are friendly and efficient, even during busy hours, and the coffee is consistently great, as expected from Starbucks. I particularly love the outdoor seating area—it offers a nice view and a relaxing atmosphere. The only downside is that it can get crowded during peak shopping hours, but that’s expected given its prime location. Overall, it’s a cozy and convenient café that lives up to the Starbucks experience!

Ordered a venti via the app for takeaway, only to find this when I brought it back to my office. Terrible work ethic from staff - how can they still send this out knowing the cup is not even filled up properly. Used to be a long time goer at this outlet but they’ve just lost a customer. Absolutely disappointed.

I got 2 grande matcha lattes takeaway on 13/8 at about 2pm. While the guy who took my order was great, the one who made my order only filled 2/3 of the cup! This is unacceptable. I suspect that he didn't make enough for both cups and instead of rectifying his mistake, just decided to split it between the 2 cups. If I wanted less, I would have ordered the tall option...
