Be careful asking the guy there in the TPlink corner. He is not friendly at all, i got scolded for asking the range of the wifi extender. As always I was using a low mild tone when asking the question to at least not being rude. Its my first time experience about this kind of rudeness. I am not sure if that guy is tired or what, regardless there is no valid reason to scold your customer just for asking a simple question. If you dont know the answer then can politely say "im not sure" i can accept that. Anyways there lots of challenger store here so i dont think its not the end since i can always go to diff store. Dont ever go to this store and buy TPLink not knowing what is the product specs else you will be scolded if you ask question "Lesson from me and for me"

I am writing to share my recent unsatisfactory experience at your Challenger store. I purchased a laptop, which I later discovered was a display set, a detail that was not disclosed to me at the time of sale. When I approached the store to request an exchange, I was disappointed to find that the store manager did not provide me with the best possible options to resolve the situation. Consequently, I decided to request a refund. However, I was informed that the refund process would take an unreasonably long time, making me feel as though I had to wait an eternity. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and has caused a significant inconvenience. I expect better transparency and customer service from a reputable store like Challenger. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar issues.

Cheating customers. I bought the power bank because it showed as $59.90 but it was only for black colour. Promotion notice was there but only white colour left. White is still normal price. It’s really cheating customers.

Found staff rude and abrupt when asked about a charging lead. Appears facebook was more important than customer service..... even a 1 star rating is excessive for this place

I would have given zero stars if I could. I recently just brought a new iPhone wire today and the wire spoilt in just one hour of me using it. It did not came into contact with any water or similar. And it was not refundable or exchangeable
