She was gentle throughout the whole process and was guiding me along the way on the process which has resulted in my decision to start a package with this salon. I had a fantastic experience at Apgujeong Hair Studio @ VivoCity yesterday! My hairstylist, Emily, was incredibly professional and skilled, she knew exactly what I wanted and delivered the perfect haircut. The shampoo session was especially relaxing; her head massage was so soothing and truly relieved all my stress. On top of that, Emily is such a joyful and friendly person, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I left the salon feeling refreshed and satisfied. Highly recommend this place and Emily’s excellent service! 💯✨

Went in today to ask for a hair cut at about 1.20pm and this skinny black haired guy seated me down and told me that the price for cut and wash is $71 and if i want to just do cut without wash (i already washed my hair and is in a rush) its the same price! Liar! Super turn off! I came here about two weeks ago to do mucota treatment and i knew that i can get a haircut without wash and it is cheaper! I don’t mind paying but if you lie to me i will not engage in your service!

Yong Le and her team does an amazing work with my hair. Caring for hair and also myself in terms of asking if everything is ok. They’re also knowledgeable in their skills, recommending the best work. 100% recommend!

The receptionist recommended me the top korean senior hairstylist after I explained to her how I would like to have my hairr cut. I assumed that she must be a good hair stylist if her charge rate is the highest of all. So I decided to give it a go. Shockingly, she started out as unfriendly, not willing to listen to my wish and said not to go back!!! From her limited usage of vocabulary, i could tell that she could not understand English well. Instead of trying to fulfill a client's wish, she complained the entire time. What a nightmare to pay a high price for an unqualified and rude stylist with no good eyes for hair styling.

They ruined my hair. The hair stylist was ordering food and chatting with her colleagues WHILE cutting my hair. Like hello, aren’t you supposed to look at what you’re cutting?? I asked her to fix my bangs in the end and she refused telling me I would look “crazy”, but I honestly think she just wanted to be done. Ridiculous service for ridiculous price. I haven’t been able to wear my hair down for weeks because of this, it looks horrible.

Had my haircut with Sophia today! As usual, haircut always turns out great. I’ve been coming to Apgujeong for 2 years now and it’s a pleasant experience. Highly recommended to have your haircut with her!
