When I first entered the restaurant, I was warmly greeted and impressed by the attentive service. However, my enthusiasm dipped slightly when we were seated—our chairs were noticeably worn, and the decor felt outdated. Fortunately, any doubts quickly disappeared once the food arrived. Each dish was beautifully presented and full of rich, fresh flavors. It was clear that a lot of care went into the cooking, from the appetizers all the way to dessert. The service remained excellent throughout—helpful and professional without being intrusive. By the end of the meal, the worn furniture felt like a minor flaw in an otherwise outstanding experience. Overall, while the ambiance could use a refresh, the food and service were top-notch. I’d definitely return and recommend it to others.

Recommend in general for lunch (dim sum) I been there quite a few times and the food and service had been fine. However a recent visit left me very disappointed, first time having dinner there. We ordered a whole duck to try there and it was a rip off. I sugguest not to order it or be pretty stern and tell them to serve you the meat otherwise they will take the whole thing all away. We ordered the whole duck (peking style) for 98$ and all I got was only the skin with the pancakes. They took all the meat away and only made 1 duck fried rice; the meat was quite dry so probably not even from the same duck. When we enquired about the rest of the meat the waiter said the person taking the order should have told us and asked us if we wanted to have some meat with the pancakes. We told him we were not asked this, he replied they should of, and that was the end of it. The initial person only asked whether we wanted the pankcakes rolled up for us or not and whether we wanted the meat to be done as a dish or fried rice. I've never come across a restaurant serving peking duck ripping me off so much that i felt like leaving a review to warn others. Other restaurants like Imperial Treasure, it's standard to serve some of the meat with pancakes. Taste aside, although Imperial Treasure charges more for the peking duck but at least they are upfront about it and I know what I am paying for. The pancakes here are the thick kind and a bit wet. Pretty disappointing 😞

I was here for my birthday dinner with family and friends. We were a part of 15 and were seated comfortably on arrival. We had booked in advance. For starters I love the Peking duck here the best and the pork belly too. So those were the first two items we ordered. Along with this we ordered Baby kelang, a pork and beef dish too. Mapu tofu was also very good. Everything was delicious overall. The place is expensive so book accordingly.

Alan and his team were amazingly attentive to our presence and on hearing our birthday greeting, surprise us with longevity buns. Pacing of food was excellent with great recommendations. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch experience.

The only setback is the price is on the high side. A simple pickles $5. Anyway had to clear my membership $50 voucher and strictly use in this branch only. The food were good and we ordered 3 dishes with 2 pot of tea and rice. Overall bill comes to more than $120 with tax and service charges.

Enjoyable family dinner accompanied by excellent service from manager, Mr Alan Gui. Tough we were a group of nine and had ordered the set dinner for 8, he ensured that all of us had equal portions of the dishes. Knowing that one of us was celebrating a birthday, he offered us complimentary “shou pau”.

1st October 2023 The Family (except Aloisius who’s on overseas duty) celebrated Mummy Dearest’s birthday with a nice Cantonese Dinner. Our children carefully selected the dishes to suit the diet of the entire family, young and elderly. The soup selected was Kudzu with beans and Pork Rump Meat. Must say the soup had sufficient “fire” (够火). Soup was delicious and all the kids loved it. As usual, I would always eat some of the soup ingredients, the kudzu was of good quality as well as the Pork Rump. The chef had made good effort to skim off the oil from the soup (from the pork rump). The Peking Duck didn’t fail, another favorite of the family. However, I felt there was inadequate cucumber slices in the wraps. The sweet sour pork was sufficiently flavored. It would be more authentic if chips of pineapples were included in the mix. Although the pork was well deep fried, it would be juicier if the chef used a little fattier cuts for the dish. Perhaps, the chef wanted to create a slightly “healthier” dish🤣🤣🤣. The adults loved the stir fried chye sim. We could detect the fragrance of rice wine when the dish was presented to the tables. There was indeed a strong wine flavor with generous serving of cordycep strips and goji berries. The adults literally finished the gravy like a soup (blurb)😋. But I had to stop wifey from consuming more as she has an alcohol allergy🤣🤣🤣. The Steam Soon Hock Fish was deliciously presented. However, we felt that the preparation was a little sloppy as scales were still stuck on the fins and tail of the fish. Although the family like the fish texture, personally I felt that it was a little overdone. Overall, a very good meal and the service staff were attentive. We commended on Winnie who served our table. The restaurant decorated the birthday cake with longevity buns - the kids were excited/eyeing the cake while singing the birthday song to their Granny.🎊🎉🎂 Aloisius “joined us” through video conferencing.

I had a great experience with Emily! They were professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. I appreciated the attention to detail and the helpful suggestions. The end result was even better than I expected — I absolutely love my new haircut! Highly recommended if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing.
