A big muji store come with funiture display area as well. They provide gift wrap paper(max 3 ) but looks a bit thin. Service is good. Cashier will not keep chasing u to download their muji app. Xmas gifts sets at widely available and come with some discount.

Second time visit Muji @ Vivo! Danish was so Patient and helpful at the cashier, wish him all the best in his future career and in whatever he do! He has a right attitude in work and gives full respect and attention to his customer not just only me as I was queuing up to make payment he was so nice! helping customer about the Muji passport and reminded me to download too as I didnt have it previously when I came to buy. He even recommend me other products in the store as I was having trouble on my end, with his pleasant mindset and how the way he present himself to customers or consumers , he can persuade in a higher role in future, he is a role model, more than just a part timer alone! Good Job!

Nice to be shopping in Muji. Every product is such good quality, whether it's furniture, apparel, stationery... Staffs have been working really hard but still serve with great service! Recommended

I'm baffled by the experience and was asked to check and say no returns. Little did I know the unit was broken. Why muji display broken item. Please check inside the drawer as well if you are purchasing the drawers

Was surprised to see only one staff taking order and preparing drink all ALONE on a Sunday afternoon… it seems like the boss never bothered to read the reviews here… kudos to the only staff for today… you deserve better…

queue is SO SLOW still haven’t make the drink 15 min past the pick up time. Stood there for 30 min. Staff don’t understand basic comments. Staff gave us a cheaper alternative instead because the tea we wanted ran out. The tea isn’t even the sweetness i requested👎👎👎 …
