Tea time deals are the way to go if you are a member. Dim sum is 50% off during this time and we could not resist the specialty dynasty Xiao long bao. This basket came with 8 XLB with assorted flavours; original, foie gras, truffle, cheese, garlic, crab roe, Szechuan and kimchi. Each was really good and the taste difference was just right. Subtle to tell it is there but to enjoy the XLB taste without being overpowered by the added flavour. We enjoyed that as well as the Szechuan cold chicken. Delicious.
Had a craving for Fried Rice and Sweet & Sour Pork. So decided to try Paradise Dynasty. No regrets, delicious & savoury dishes. In addition, their service is above average šš¼šš¼šš¼
We had our reunion lunch at this branch. First time there but finds the dishes too salty to our liking. It would be good to reduce the saltiness and i would think all dishes would be recommended dish. We like the Buddha Jump over the wall soup and their dessert. Not to forget their puer tea, its smooth and addictive. All of us kept drinking, maybe it is due to the salty dishes.
This is my feedback to Paradise Dynasty about yesterday Reunion Dinner setā¦
We booked a $368 Reunion Dinner set ē¦åÆæē»µē»µ on the eve of CNY at VivoCity but adjusted quantity to provide for 5pax @$460 (I.e paid extra for one additional pax)
They served us just 4 bowls of soup at the start and 4 bowls of dessert at the end. Makes me question if the portions for the dishes in between were also lesser than it should be. It turned out that we seemed to get the original set quantity for 3-4pax (as compared with quantity of another neighbouring table with family of 3) except with addition bowls of ęµ·é²åå®ę¹Æsoup and 蓵å¦é¶č³ę”č¶dessert! The extra bowls of soup/dessert were only delivered separately upon repeated requests!
We strongly felt ābeing taken a rideā that we were made to pay additional $100 for just extra bowls of soup & dessert!
Personally, I wouldnt recommend this CNY set meal. The quality and quantity doesnāt justify the price, we would not be coming back.
Love their variety of dishes especially you can have a choice between the traditional xiaolong bao and the assorted flavors one!
Personally I liked the layered steam cake but I would say the standard has dropped as it was dry and not as moist as before. Maybe is the steam time control? š¤
Kungpao chicken can go a little easy with the sauce. The sauce was too empowering and sweet.
Fried pork chop ramen was good and pork chop was juicy. The thing that still wow us is the custard steam buns, still oozing and flavorful! š
The soupy noodles are so yummy and fills the tummy, good sharing portion for two if u are ordering more side dishes!
The sweet and sour pork is nice but the cuts of the pork can be done more dainty lolll! The cuts were a little too big and aesthetically did not look that good but taste good though:)
Atmosphere can be a bit rowdy during peak dining hours.
Staff were friendly and prompt, thank you!
8th day of Lunar New Year 2025.
The food portion is very generous. The dishes were served a bit too quickly all at the same time that the table was full of dishes and it was difficult to turn the lazy susan as it keep knocking into cups and bowls LOL
Taste wise, I personally find too much sauces was used in almost all the dishes which made me full very soon and thirsty.
The abalone yusheng was my favorite out of all. Followed by scallop & prawn.
For so long didnāt patronize this place.. taste still the same. Ordered seafood fried rice, itās flavorful, inside have prawn, crab sticks, cabbage, tauge, purple cabbage & egg.. can smell the smoky.. and pls ask for chili oil which will elevate the flavor. On the contrast the noodle is plain, simple, comfort food.. Need to order the snacks which are delicious as well
To be a mall restaurant, the food is really good and it feels homemade. Everything was cooked to perfection and I would totally eat here again.
Their staff was really accommodating to us and our baby and they were very helpful with our requests.
The only downside is that the restaurant is right next to the busy area close to the train station and other restaurants and there's no real atmosphere to enjoy.
Besides that, I would recommend trying their food. It's totally worth it.
