This ramen outlet offers a decent variety of ramen options that are satisfying for a casual meal. The highlight for me was the shrimp broth—it’s rich, flavourful, and stands out with its unique seafood umami. The tonkotsu ramen also deserves a mention, coming in a very close second with its creamy, well-balanced broth. While the ramen here isn’t groundbreaking, it’s a solid choice for a comforting bowl. Overall, a nice spot to enjoy a quick and hearty meal!

Le Shrimp Ramen by Paradise Group promises a tummy warming bowl of shrimp ramen, a result of Japanese and Chinese style infusion. The Japanese part is the preparation of the broth, and it ends there. The la mian, toppings, side dishes and the rest of the menu is the Chinese part. You need to really love prawn/shrimp here. If not, another option is the tonkotsu broth, translated to pork bone broth. The third option is to have your noodles dry. We went straight for their Le Signature Trio Shrimp Ramen and a pao fan variant (understand it's not an option now). The broth is rich and thick, but not light enough for me to wipe clean. Date of visit: September 2021

The soup is unbelievable seriously, too good. Their dumplings are well seasoned and so well marinated. Noodles are springy and just nice. The staffs are very attentive to clients needs. Keep up the great work!

I tried this prawn noodle soup before in Malaysia. When I passed by the same brand here, I decided to try it again. All good — same great taste as the one I had in Malaysia.

The food and service here is truly quite faultless. Upon order, the dishes are served in a timely manner by the attentive and hardworking staff. The shrimp broth is deserving of its “signature” mention on the menu with its rich, umami-filled, and comforting taste. The side dishes and fried cutlets are great accompaniments to the main noodle dishes. The dry tossed noodles with Mala seasoning is worth a try if you’ve had their soup noodles before. The shrimp paste balls are bouncy, light and fresh with no trace of fishiness at all. The portions are generous and value for money. If there is a place for prawns and shrimps to go to heaven, it would be here.

I absolutely love everything about Le Shrimp Ramen! After reading all the amazing reviews on NAVER and Google we just had to try it, and we are so glad we did. We were staying on Sentosa Island and ate here 3 times within 1 week. And Yes, it’s that good. Everything we tried was amazing especially the signature trio shrimp ramen along with side dishes and drinks. The noodles and savory flavor was just right. I also wanted to compliment the staff for working so hard to make our time there worth coming back for. This is one place everyone needs to try!… ENJOY!

We ordered the trio shrimp ramen, vegetables with oyster sauce, and pork dumpling in chili vinaigrette - THEY WERE ALL SO GOOD (hence, the photo of our empty bowls and plates). The only downside was the hot environment.

I’ve dined here a few times, as well as at the Star Vista outlet. There’s no doubt - the shrimp broth ramen is absolutely delicious! The service is great, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

My go-to dish at Le Shrimp Ramen is always the Ebiko Prawn Paste Shrimp Ramen. The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, with that signature prawn sweetness balanced by a savory depth that keeps you going back for more. The ebiko prawn paste adds a delightful bite and umami, making every mouthful satisfying. The soup is so addictive that I had to remind myself not to finish it all... 🤣

The braised pork shrimp ramen was a standout—the broth was rich and flavorful, with a unique taste that set it apart from standard shrimp-based broths. The pork, had a balance of meat and fat, which made it tender and practically melted in the mouth. We also tried the Fish Fillet with Pickled Vegetable Tonkotsu Ramen. It offered a different taste—distinct from typical Suan Cai Yu soup.
