Went on Sunday, 20th April '25.
Ordered 2 chocolate snow drink as recommended by staff cause milk tea running out. waited about 20-30mins for drinks and coincidentally everyone, 3pax (cause one of the drink was shared, adult+baby) felt ill with food poisoning, vomitting and diarrhea. Worse everything, from service to drinks. Not purchasing anything frm there anymore.
The jasmine green tea is so horrible i can only taste bitter n i can imagine how my ancestors felt during ww2. Ordered 50% sugar but felt -10% there was no fragrance in the tea and there was only bitter
I always had great experience dining in Paradise outlet for lunch! They are having a promotion for members and I got the following items.
All the dishes are served hot and the portions are good too! It is also great for meeting up with family and friends if you are craving for chinese cuisine and dim sum! Staffs are also friendly and polite, and are very helpful if you need their assistance.
Here for lunch on a Friday. Not many diners when we arrived just before 12.
Throughout our dining, service was consistently lukewarm regardless of which waitress we had called out to. 🤷🏻♀️
Their food was generally on the bland side compared to DTF. We had to ask for the chili condiment (it wasn't made available on the table) which turned out to be rather salty.
Disregarding the above issues, it was still a good time to visit their chain of restaurants now as there are many ongoing credit card promotions.
This is a good spot for a wide variety of flavourful dishes. The menu features well-executed familiar Chinese dishes, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal.
The ambiance is casual, with comfortable seating and a pleasant atmosphere. Service is generally efficient, though it can be slightly slow.
While prices are a bit on the higher side, it’s good for the quality of the food.
This is a common dining option to bring elderly family members.
Xiao Long Bao and the Egg Fried Rice is a must-have. The Radish Pastry has a surprising texture, and is juicy and crunchy.
My personal favourite would be the Dan Dan Mian - spicy, nutty and thick.
Came on Saturday evening and we’re seated without waiting too long.
Ordered the Mother’s Day special set and two other dishes for 3 persons.
The food is delicious, not too salty nor oily, service is prompt and staff is attentive.
Highly recommended.
If you’re a fan of comforting, flavorful soups, this place serves an excellent pickled fish soup with generous, fresh fish slices. The broth is well-balanced—tangy, slightly spicy, and packed with umami, making it a perfect dish for any weather. The portion size is satisfying, and the fish is tender without any unwanted fishy taste. One bowl can feed at least three adults!
A pleasant surprise was their new shredded pork pastry—crispy on the outside, with a savory and well-seasoned pork filling inside. It’s a perfect side dish that complements the soup beautifully.
Great food, fresh ingredients, and a must-visit for those who enjoy hearty, comforting Chinese cuisine. Definitely coming back for more!
