Sgd4.9 for a large cup of lychee aloe ha, non caffeine option perfect for kids. Outlet is situated near boost juice, stellar, una una, same stretch as aureus. Service fast and polite.

Worst service out of all the liho outlets I've been to. Ordered the red sugar pearl coconut smoothie. I requested for less pearl and more red bean. However male staff there told me that I need to top up 80cents for red bean, so i said it's fine, just stick to the normal red bean amount then. Staff then told me still need to top up 80cents for any red bean. I then pointed to the big poster right beside the counter and said the picture shows that there is red bean....? Then another staff came and quickly butt in and said, oh that's coz the red bean there is blended into the drink. Not sure if they were trying to scam me, but I was not pleased at all. Staff then rambled on and on for 15 mins while making the drinks, saying that he's been working at Liho for 2 months and thay he knows how to make drinks well and etc etc. This passive aggressiveness is not at all professional. Will not be coming back to this outlet anytime soon.

Their coffee usually packs a punch but this time around, SGD 4.90 for a diluted coffee is just absurd. Lady staff was alone so all of us stood around to wait patiently. Seems like she couldn’t cope as she has to take orders and make the drinks. When the male staff finally returned, seems like the orders were mixed up and person after me thought his drink was ready. When my coffee was ready after like 20 minutes or so, they just left it there for few more minutes. Looking at the colour I already knew. True enough, this was the most diluted coffee i had from Liho. There was no taste at all even though I ordered big cup with less ice. This is no way to treat your customers. Looking at the other comments, this outlet has tendency to serve either diluted drinks and or selectively. Please pick up your game and provide consumers what they paid for. Do not shortchange.

The staff is polite, and the tea is delicious

Feels like they are short staffed. 2 staff to handle the orders and preparation of drinks. Waiting for the drinks took quite awhile, almost 20mins. Management please look into this. Not acceptable when you place yourself into a major shopping mall knowing that there is high footfall.

Just a sincere feedback: Staff here explained that by protocol from their boss, they can only cater to less ice but not no ice, stating the importance being to preserve the best flavour made according to their drink recipe. However, I have ordered the same drink from another outlet with no ice (please don't fault the person who made it if the requirement is true across all outlet, her drink tasted enjoyable memorable so that's why I reordered the same drink this time). The drink previously was delicious being full of fragrance and taste. This time round it was greatly disappointing being markedly diluted even when I drink right away (when most of the ice are not yet melted). Most puzzling thing is there was a lot of leftover in the blender, and with how diluted it is, I can only guess they added more water and less powder than their recipe calls for. If such strict guideline for ice is made, hope the boss can make an even stringent requirements for the drinks to be made precise to recipe. Thank You Liho.

I most likely went during non-peak hours, so there was no queue! The service was fast, and I even had a small chat with one of the workers about the new limited-time heart-shaped cup

Frankly if I can I won't even give a star. There was no Q n no staff at the counter, turns out she was talking to another one inside the store. When I got her attention, someone was in the Q so I waited behind. She attended to the person n want it to make their orders so I had to wait again. When she came back, I told her i waited a while to buy this drink n she took my order and bang on the container cover n threw the scoop in and unfriendly n rude manner. After making the drink, she called our number n left the drink there with it a bag... but she put the drinks into the bag for the previous customer. After that I thank her for not putting the drinks in the bag... How rude... I will not buy from liho anymore, especially not from this one at vivo city.

Ordered Stevia 25% with Pearls. The taste is still very sour (coming from someone who usually drinks 0% sugar and only take 25% for Roselle Hawthorn). I ordered this drink before so I know what it should taste like. Most disappointing fact is that there’re no pearls inside, which I didnt realize until I came back to my office and drank it. By then, no point walking all the way back to argue my case. Felt cheated!!! I’ve been a member for a long time but this is quite unacceptable since both of my personal requests (sugar/ pearls) were not done at all. It warrants me logging in just to leave this bad review unfortunately.

Raina Lee’s anger isn’t everyone else’s burden to carry. If she’s bitter, that’s her business — but blaming others won’t fix what’s broken inside. Raina Lee was truly unforgettable — a masterclass in how to be rude, entitled, and emotionally unstable, all in one breath. Watching IT interact with the employee was like observing a storm in designer shoes, furious at the world for spinning. What a cheapskate, I even noticed that she redeemed a free drink or something. IT threw a huge fuss over something so small and insignificant! Wasted everybody’s time in the queue! The most impressive part? She has a son. Here’s hoping he grows up with the self-awareness and grace she so tragically lacks — otherwise, the cycle continues. What a legacy. She’s only digging her own grave deeper — maybe one day she’ll realise the damage she’s done… but by then, it might be too late to save herself. ITS bitterness and disrespect are just building up a mountain of karma — and when it comes crashing down, there’ll be no escaping the consequences she’s been accumulating all along.
