Returned some items, the manager didn't want to serve me because it is troublesome, she'd rather serve the buying customer and asked me to wait. Rubbish!

Our usual go to place for Zara’s shopping. Comfort jeans and some men’s apparels are really nice. This outlet has quite a good selection. However, staff isn’t very attentive to the shoppers, especially when they can see that we are having questions. Even when we approach them, they aren’t very helpful either. Hopefully this will change.

A wide variety of clothing types mainly for teenagers, or those who like very loosefit fashion , currently it's new fashion or latest trend, but not for others....only good for new trend teenagers.

zara clothes are of high quality, trendy & sometimes they offer special promo prices for certain items. So look out for such racks! Each fitting room has a stool to rest your aching legs & nice cushion seats are placed around the shop for your tired companion or loved ones to rest.

Tried on all my items at the store and checked out them all for other issues (pulled threads and the like). Paid at the checkout and got home to find all of the trousers have holes in from alarm tags! Do better Zara! Can return any of them as fly on holiday today and back after returns window.

I’d like to sincerely compliment Syafiq for his outstanding service at Zara Vivocity. He was incredibly patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me find the right size. His clothing suggestions were spot-on, and his warm, professional manner made the shopping experience a real pleasure. Syafiq is a true asset to your team! Would definitely return to Vivo outlet!

the guy in the blonde hair doesn't seem to be happy doing his job, when I asked something he was very cold and he has a “dont talk to me” attitude.

If there is one place you can find everything you need for a party / event and ofcourse I'm assuming that your expectations are reasonable then it has to be ZARA. While others have had varied experiences with staff from ZARA, my experiences have been good. Staff were generally good and helpful, outlet reasonably crowded, queue to get your bill settled. Will i visit again ? Yes

gotta educate staff cheryl for her poor attitude.with this kinda attitude might as well work at a job with no human interaction. We went to zara on a Wednesday and my sister asked staff cheryl for help to find a dress that suits her and she slam the clothes on the rack like we owe her money. She didnt bother finding a dress but told us to go to the sale rack. Come on bro we aint poor, are you trying to say we cant afford your clothes because we wear basic clothing? When people say looks are good but the heart is bad or their looks bad but atleast they have a good heart shes none. Her heart is bad and looks are bad.

Shopping here has been a breeze with the patience and helpful staffs in this outlet. Shout out to dhurku, joli and Gary (sorry if i misspelt your name). I’m an avid Zara addict and always looking for pieces, my experience with them has nothing short of grateful as they patiently listens to me and even helped me check and reserve from other outlets. The joy of getting my hands on the pieces is wonderful and I thank them for it :)
