gotta educate staff cheryl for her poor attitude.with this kinda attitude might as well work at a job with no human interaction. We went to zara on a Wednesday and my sister asked staff cheryl for help to find a dress that suits her and she slam the clothes on the rack like we owe her money. She didnt bother finding a dress but told us to go to the sale rack. Come on bro we aint poor, are you trying to say we cant afford your clothes because we wear basic clothing? When people say looks are good but the heart is bad or their looks bad but atleast they have a good heart shes none. Her heart is bad and looks are bad.

Tried on all my items at the store and checked out them all for other issues (pulled threads and the like). Paid at the checkout and got home to find all of the trousers have holes in from alarm tags!
Do better Zara! Can return any of them as fly on holiday today and back after returns window.

Shop has a good selection but the one in orchard is better and not specific to this store but putting the perfume next to the cashier is really not nice for all the people who are waiting in line and don’t want to smell these synthetic fragrances or are allergic

Zara sales was a very good discount. I ask for a product to check where it’s available she took her busy time to help me and I cross over to get the item. Indeed the day was satisfactory for me as I got my clothes at the sale price and worth it . Kudos to the Somerset team and ion team

Shopping here has been a breeze with the patience and helpful staffs in this outlet. Shout out to dhurku, joli and Gary (sorry if i misspelt your name). I’m an avid Zara addict and always looking for pieces, my experience with them has nothing short of grateful as they patiently listens to me and even helped me check and reserve from other outlets. The joy of getting my hands on the pieces is wonderful and I thank them for it :)

If there is one place you can find everything you need for a party / event and ofcourse I'm assuming that your expectations are reasonable then it has to be ZARA.
While others have had varied experiences with staff from ZARA, my experiences have been good.
Staff were generally good and helpful, outlet reasonably crowded, queue to get your bill settled.
