my mom and sis came to crocs vivo to purchase a few pairs of crocs and jibbitz. we were kindly served by eddie and another lady whom i have forgotten to get her name (she has blonde pony tail). they were excellent in recommending us shoes with the best comfort and colour. we were satisfied with our purchases. thank you all :)

Not flexible management! I have been looking for this particular lace lavender charm and finally see it today but its packed in a bag of other 4 which im not interested. The store adv cannot separate the one i want to sell separately as no barcode. So, I asked if they can help check whether other outlets have. Best reply...go Ion to check....cant even bothered to help me call n check.
