I had a truly wonderful experience at Goldheart Jewellery, all thanks to Caleb. From the moment I stepped in, Caleb greeted me warmly and made me feel completely at ease. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive, taking the time to understand my preferences and style without rushing or pushing for a sale.
What really stood out was how Caleb recommended unique designs that truly suited me—pieces I wouldn’t have noticed on my own. His product knowledge and sincerity made the experience feel personal and thoughtful. It wasn’t just about selling jewellery—it was about helping me find something meaningful.
Compared to other jewellery stores I’ve visited, like SK Jewellery, I found Goldheart to be far more welcoming and comfortable, thanks to Caleb’s excellent service. At SK, I often felt the interactions were a bit transactional, but here at Goldheart, I felt genuinely valued as a customer.
Big thanks to Caleb for making my visit so memorable. His service is a great reflection of what Goldheart stands for. I’ll definitely be back—and recommending this place to others too!
I would like to thanks Haze Tian & the staff for helping me with the size changes also make the arrangement for me to go collect from other outlets. Their service are excellent and staff are so friendly! Well done guys 👍🏻 …

Not recommending this place for meal or tart.
They used to serve fabulous fruit tarts but standard has dropped. The fruit toppings quality and size of fruit slices are also showing a lot about Japan Foods Holdings' focus - cost cutting over quality.
We ordered the cha-nabe set - nothing to shout about in term of flavour, but the drink was really disappointing. The lychee lemon tea only had w lychee as compared to 3 in the picture. And one of our lychees was small and shrivelled. Pathetic. Basically they cut the cost by reducing the number of lychee when you order it with set. A la carte order of the drink comes with 3 lychees. JFH's way of cutting cost again.
Disappointed and will be thinking twice before stepping into another JFH's outlet.
The atmosphere is nice. I ordered the lychee rose tart, lychee rose is usually a good combination, but it was subpar in this case: the cream is cloying, the rose tasted more like bandung, and the lychee flavour didn't go very well with it. Would have preferred not to eat it.
Fruit paradise has just got it’s halal certification! We visited the outlet at Vivo city on a Friday night so there was a queue. We had to queue for 10 mins before we were showed to our seats! Ordered Beef Udon set with mashed potato on the side. As it was our first time dining at fruit paradise, we thought the mashed potato was vanilla ice cream. Silly me! We also ordered lychee rose tart. Though the tart was dry, I thought it was good overall. Looking forward to try more dishes.
FOOD: The cakes and tarts on display outside the shop were really enticing. I ordered the mango and strawberry tart. The potion was quite small. The cream filling inside the tart was tasty. However, the fruits on the tart lacked any flavour. The mangos and strawberries didn’t really taste like anything at all, there was no sweetness to it. The ice cream serving on the side was average as well.
SERVICE: Fast and efficient service from the service crew. I got my order within 10 minutes of ordering.
AMBIENCE: Nice and cosy. Tables are spaced apart wide enough for a comfortable dining experience.
PRICE: Expensive. After taxes and service charge, I paid around $15 for one small tart.
Not recommended. Personally, I cannot recommend this place as the tarts are expensive for its size. Furthermore, while it looks aesthetically pleasing, the taste disappoints.
Hi Fruit Paradise!
Yesterday, three of us went to Jurong East Jem Fruit Paradise and ordered two fruit tarts and one salmon set. Total spending: $39.01. The salmon set comes with a drink. Lychee lemon comes with two straws, and we attempted to request one more.
However, the staff's body language indicates that she is dissatisfied with our request, and she then completely ignores it. If, as a service line employee, you are unable to meet our request, simply inform us that you are unable to provide us with one more straw, and that two straws are the maximum. We have no objections. You should not simply ignore your customer and blackface.
Furthermore, we overheard the black shirt staff discussing us behind us with the rest of the staff, including the kitchen staff. And we can hear them saying that we only ordered one set of salmon. All of these employees are also staring at us the entire time. This makes us very uncomfortable and upset.
We've been to other Fruit Paradise locations in Singapore, and we love the Fruit Paradise fruit tart. It's delicious and looks nice. Other branch service is excellent, but not at Jem Branch.
If you’re craving for simple, lightly flavoured Japanese soup udon in a comfortable, non crowded place for lunch in Vivocity, this place is for you. The flavours are quite mild, even for the kimchi version.
I tried the Aburi Chicken Soya Milk ($13.90) and Pork Shabu Kimchi ($12.90). If you order ala carte, the dishes come with a small appetiser, usually pickled radish, and a small potato salad.
Between the two flavours, I prefer the soya milk base as it’s more fragrant and comfort food like. But perhaps at $13.90 it is just a little overpriced — the aburi chicken is quite small and I am always barely full after my meal. But I guess this is the price to pay for a more comfortable setting.
Which is why their Matcha Frozen S’mores ($9.90) is a meal saver. Torched marshmallows on top a bed of alternating matcha and vanilla ice cream; scoop all the way and you get crunchy corn flakes. Super sinful and sweet but oh so worth the calories. Just remember to have this with a group of friends!
Ordered the smoke duck udon set, $16.90. It comes with 2 side dishes, pickled radish and mashed potato and a drink, mixed fruit tea. The duck was nice except that the portion was too small. Fruit tea drink was average. It would be better more bits of fruits added. Dessert Berry Frozen smores was actually caramelised marshmellow with vanilla ice cream and frozen berry at the bottom. Overall experience not too bad
