I always enjoy their cha-nabe for dinner, love the soup and meat, tastes very hearty and wholesome, I love that it comes with the handmade kind of mashed potato too. Love the tarts as well, a tad too much cream but still taste good! One of my favourite dinner places, usually not too crowded too.

Very disappointing outlet when it come to their ala-carte dishes. I had duck in miso soup. Tho the taste is just so-so but the duck meat is just too little for the asking price. Compare to any food outlet selling chicken rice and it will satisfy your craving way better, but not here where the price is on the high side and the serving is just too stingy...a big NO for second shot.

Visited a few times. The dining area is a little small and claustrophobic. Good selection of hot and cold drinks, cakes, and dishes. I am reviewing for the matcha and parfait. Both taste good, but the price is a little steep for its serving size. Service was efficient and fast most of the time we dined even when the place was packed with people. Wide selection of cakes. Tasted some, and I could say it wasn't sweet for most.

A comfortable restaurant with a bright and clean feel. But the soup base is soy milk, It tastes a little special to me. Different from person to person taste. Good things is after eating, you can eat high-quality desserts such as cakes, tea or coffee!

Take the purple or yellow MRT line to Harbourfront station. Vivocity is located right above of Harbourfront MRT station. Enter the shopping mall, travel to the 1st floor towards the end of the mall facing Sentosa and you will be able to locate Fruit Paradise on your right. Fruit Paradise is part of Japan Food Holdings and they are known for light and flavorful fruit tarts in the size of a cake. Most of their tarts or cakes go for about SGD10 a slice. You won't go wrong with their wide selection of fruit tarts but unfortunately I tried their range of cakes and was not the least impressed. The palate for their cakes are a little too light for my taste. Their cheesecake is fluffy and soft but just isn't cheesy enough, even their tiramisu cake brings across too little profile of coffee and cocoa. At the same price, I would just go for their fruit tarts. Drinks menu is quite limited and in my opinion, just isn't worth trying. During my visit, I observed their service crew compromised of young teens who seems to be inexperienced and isn't familiar with floor service. I hope the manager at this outlet will train their staff to provide a better experience for diners.

First time dining here. Not overly expensive and relatively healthy, tasty meal. We liked the main dishes and side dishes were nice too. Matcha dessert looked good, but maybe I'll not a connoisseur as was a bit strong for me. Would come back to try more of the menu.

Saw the bad reviews about the service experience but thankfully mine was decent. Just that I really agree that the mains was not really nice and very normal. The mashed potato was nicer than the mains. The udon was nice though - not the thick kind. But the chicken meat is a little too little. The Tomyum soup was meh. Will not go back there for the food. however, the Hojicha Iced Latte is amazing! Not too sweet. Really love it - almost wanted to order the matcha hot and matcha latte to try. The chocolate banana fruit pie was so good. Though it is $10, it is really a piece that worth. Generous with the chocolate cream, cream and the banana. The tart base was just nice in terms of thickness and taste. The whole pie complements really well. Haha decided to buy 1 for my mum. The matcha parfait looks great - will try that next time 😊 (just not the mains ><)

They forgot to add the chicken to my chicken daily bowl order.😱 I try to understand, people make mistakes
but I can’t help but feel really disappointed when I got home and realized that. No meat.😭 It’s even sadder than getting shaker fries without the shaker fries seasoning. Hopefully you guys won’t forget again
Updated review: I emailed their customer care about the above encounter and they gave me a QR code which I can redeem a free chicken daily bowl next time, with no expiry date! Also, their response was very prompt. I must say, the service is good.

The food is very fresh compared to all stores and staffs are friendly and hardworking especially Shaju and Aishah at Vivo City. A friend commented, only if they can reach AVA standard, starting from preparation to packing home, consuming within 4 hours timeline, it will be a superfood for a fresh and healthy food for all. I still remember a customer holding his daughter hand switch lane to que for Stuff'D after hearing me says this is a heatihier and fresher choice for everyday consumption. Everyone is busy working and when it comes to a meal for the family, healthy food is a necessity for our body. Jen Phang
