I had a wonderful experience at the Bath & Body Works in VivoCity! Kim, the staff who assisted me, was so friendly and accommodating. I really loved the way she approached me and explained the different perfumes patiently. Because of her, I ended up buying 8 pieces, and I’m so happy with my purchase! Eliza is such a bubbly and friendly staff member! She was incredibly enthusiastic and patient with me, even when I went back three times because I couldn’t make up my mind. Passed by Vivo outlet and my 4 year-old girl was on the mood to pierce her ears. Store looks bright and hygiene. All of process super smooth, staff crews are patient and kid-friendly to approach and tell us which earrings to choose. The piercing steps are quick but accurate with 2 staffs at the same time both ears. So professional with aftercare kit and follow up service are provided. My little one so in love with her pretty earrings. A happy experience !

I visited Stellar Vivo City and was attended to by Agnes and Jennifer. Both were friendly and service-oriented. I appreciated their attention to detail, from explaining the different types of earrings and their prices to the procedure, precise marking on the ear, and aftercare instructions. Based on my observation, my 4-month-old daughter cried due to shock rather than pain. I would definitely revisit and recommend their services.

Absolutely fantastic service from Heley and Dora. My daughter (just turned 7) has wanted earrings for a while but was very nervous and kept changing her mind. We went in hoping she could get both ears done at the same time - luckily she could! Both Heley and Dora was super patient with her, incredibly friendly, and VERY meticulous with marking her ears prior to the piercing (placement is super important and I was very glad to see them take it so seriously)! I also wanted to say that in addition to being super friendly and patient with my daughter, they are both very knowledgeable. They recommended longer post earrings for ease of healing and I was happy they put thought into it. Happily will recommend my friends take their children here as the experience was perfect!

My daughter was scared before coming to the store but on arrival and meeting with the kind and friendly staffs at this outlet, she was very excited to pierce her ears. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, providing my husband and me with great recommendations while explaining the different types of products available. Her expertise really shone through when she helped my daughter with her changing of earring (backing), handling her with care and making sure she didn’t experience any discomfort. Jennifer’s professionalism and ability to manage kids so well made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this shop for anyone considering a piercing!
