Ear piercing is a very important event and milestone for our daughter and we were glad to have chosen Stellar. We were serviced by Jennifer and Mercy and we had a great experience and moment from them. The overall process was smooth despite our daughter cried due to her fear but they were constantly giving her the attention to calm her. Eventually my daughter was calmed and came out with a smiley face and of course with the beautiful earrings on her ears. 😄

Stay away from the Vivo location: Incompetent technicians. Piercing was done not symmetrically at child - one ear different from the other. No apologies, no professional approach to customer. Very indifferent that a child needs to suffer twice and will have a scar from their procedure.

I have gone there a few times. I find the they are really very professional.

Haley was great! Meticulous and skilful. My helix piercing was surprisingly not painful at all! Will be back!

very nice, professional and patient staffs. it was my girl 4yo birthday and they gave her a free birthday hair clip! she did not cry during the piercing process at all ((-: love that the package comes with a bunny for comfort and a brave certificate ☺️

Brought my daughter to pierced her ear here on 18 June 2023, was specifically recommended earrings ‘suitable for eczema. Process was rly smooth, totally painless as my girl can even sleep on her sides right after the piercing. Was given a kit to clean the piercing area and did it diligently, also went back to check 1 month later. However, a few months later, her ear became inflamed and painful — requiring medical attention. Despite changing to ear sticks, the redness and discomfort persisted until the hole closed entirely. Please don’t promote products as ‘eczema-safe’ without proper evidence — not all eczema skin reacts the same, and this wasn’t the outcome we were led to believe we’d get. It was $300 over dollars….

Firstly, i did not have to book an appointment as both shops at Nex and Vivicity had no customers during the June holiday. It was actually a blessing because you'll need to pay a deposit of $30 per online booking and they will deduct it from your bill after ear piercing. The interesting thing was, there are a lot of metals ranging from expensive ($240++) gold to white gold to cheaper and affordable ones like stainless steel and surgical steel ($35++) (for sensitive skin) on their online store. BUT i was surprised when i walked in to have my daughters' ears pierced at Vivocity, the salesperson offered only the gold range (priced at $245 ++) as she says it is for sensitive skin. She said the shop does not offer any surgical steel or other skin-friendly metals - only yellow gold. Even the white gold was not as good, as she kept pushing for the yellow gold ones. It felt strange. This is not a temporary booth. This is an established shop, but it has such a limited range of earring metals. Not wanting to have to spend $500++ for a simple ear piercing for both my girls, i declined. And i was glad we did not book online and paid the deposits as it would be forfeited if we had a change of mind! In the end, my girls had their ears pierced at Lo**** - for less than $100 (both) with surgical steel for sensitive skin.

It was a very impromptu decision for my sister and I to get our helix pierced, but we have no regrets at all!! Upon first entering, the store was bright and clean, instantly giving me good vibes. I was slightly taken aback by the prices (because their earrings are made from quality materials eg: white gold) but Heley was so professional and caring, she managed to change my mind. I knew that I could trust her with piercing my helix, which I had previously pierced before but got infected. Heley and Jennifer did such an exceptional job that I have started to recommend them to my friends! We are very happy with the results and am very thankful for Heley💜
