Without fail, my experience at Jean Yip at Harbourfront is amazing, be it having a haircut, colouring or hair treatment. Jane, April and Mariam always give the best service, very attentive to my requests.
Very nice and welcoming customer service by Connie. She was able to accommodate me on short notice. My hair stylist was Jet who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me choose a nice hair cut when I was unsure of what to get. He also cut my hair extremely well and I was very satisfied with the result. I would highly recommend getting your hair cut by Jet and the rest of the hair salon because of their skills.
Such a good experience at Jean Yip Vivo City! Mariam and Eric were great. Really nice service with attention to detail and patience with me. I asked for a dark brown dye and waves; and got exactly what I wanted.
It is always a joy to be served by Jane and Wesley. Their aim has been consistent in making sure they give me the best care. During the hair treatment, Jane explains the process of each treatment, like how it will benefit my hair. She also indulges in small talks that is always a delight. Wesley never fails to make me look good, and always reviewing and consulting the style that suits me best. Thank you fellas. Wishing you the very Best in your professional endeavours.
Horrible terrible clueless staff. Allowing a customer to buy 19 cards is fine. But requiring her to make 19 transactions of payments separately and then issuance of cards is ridiculously slow, that holds up the queue. Meanwhile , no orders can be made. When questioned, the 5 staff kept quiet. You need to reflect on your procedures, productivity, systems.
I love the automated ordering system in Singapore! Got a milk tea with jelly and it was huge! It was a little out of the way to find in the mall but a great place to stop by.
Good bubble tea, and my Favourite always is honey green tea with aloe vera. Staff is quick, service is Super fast and they have seasonal specials so make sure to check it out. Payment by cash, mrt card and a few options like that including but no nets!
Small outlet with usually long queue.
Specialty is their golden bubble milk tea. This outlet does not have self-service kiosk probably due to the small space?
Payment by cash or Koi card.
From the time of making payment to collection of bubble tea you will have to wait 10 minutes or longer. the whole process is slow in comparison to other brands. Only 2 staff was making the bubble tea, today on a public holiday.
The area was small where now customers are told to wait at the area next to Mr Bean store. The queue # display has been tilted to the waiting area. Not for customer who has no time to wait.
There is another outlet at Harbourfront.
20171106 - $3.5 for mid, $4.9 for large is above market price, surprised by the brand KOI tries to build. I do accept the shop has high efficiency and quality of raw materials & packaging received. Mix spread available is good. in my opinion, just price-to-value ratio is deemed too high for the product received.
Undercooked pearls and 70% sugar level tasted like 20%. I’m not a sugar lover and was surprised the 70% tasted exactly like the usual 20% I’ve had at other outlets. Pearls aren’t as chewy as other outlets and tasted tough. Writing this as I’m drinking them.
