As i travel to Habourfront yesterday night ,im having a quick refresher drink is a must. During my visit to Boost Vivocity wow what an awesome service with friendly staff & enjoying the music. As for the taste of the drink i having with Boost never been difference same as always. Good job Boost Team keep it up.

Dear to management and manager, Im impressed and enjoy the service during having my favourite drink at boost. The staff at basement level been trained well and very friendly and polite. Altough non stop customer keep coming, he and his partner remain profesional. I get my drink and no waiting time, what a fast service. This is good for business and the sales will come. I have been a lot of drink & cafe shop but yesterday i feel the positive energy with in your staff. Especially the curly hair boy. This boy service awesome and im enjoying my drink too. Wow, i must credit this guys. Very fast in handling order which so long queue up which almost 10 orders. Although have many customer still smile and the drink still with excellent taste. Im having the Mango magic. Well done to Eizzat the person look like chinese mix. Eventhough oneman show still do fast service. Well done Boost train stuff to the next level morefast then fast food. Thumb up! Please say thanks to him for his service.

Paid extra $0.50 for the additional vanilla yoghurt, saw the staff didn't even put in the extra. What I received tasted nothing like the mango magic I've always ordered. Tasteless. Dissatisfied with the drink from this outlet.

I ordered through the app thinking there is only one boost outlet in vivo city. End up the one i ordered from (in the photo) is the boost express. My order is all the way at level 2 instead. Vivo is a big place. By the time i reached and get my drink, the lady was pretty pissed that i asked if my drink is ready. Confusing for people to book through the app. Please read properly before ordering.

Adlina and Danzel were amazing! Adlina took my order and she was soo friendly and helpful in helping me! Both of them were very speedy in making my drinks. My drinks were delicious! Perfect! Thank you and ill come again!

$4.90 for a freshly squeezed apple juice in the smallest cup size is crazy. sure they used green fresh apples but they didn't feel natural. they used low grade green apples, green apples are supposed to be sour or a combination of sour and sweet but this was insanely syrupy. felt that they injected syrup with a lot of sugar in the green apples. they used small green apples that was the worst part. drink tasted super syrupy and unhealthy. it wasn't a very nice drink as well, as there was no natural sourness to counterbalance the sweetness of the apples. overpriced, do not buy. would rather patronize in a fruits store which makes fresh business or other restaurants or stores that sell actual fresh fruit juices. wait was long too and service was slow, wouldnt come back

Boost needs more manpower on the weekends with waiting time of over 20 mins, one person working at 230pm is inhumane.. hygiene also may be questionable due to high volume of drinks and washing required

I’m very happy to come to Jean Yip at Vivo city . My haircut serve by Wesley and Jane , I strongly recommend to come here for hair cut . Jean Yip service is excellent.
