My fiancé pre-ordered a bouquet last Wednesday to be collected on Sunday for our proposal. I didn’t know what kind of reference photos he showed the florist, but the bouquet was so bad to the point that even an untrained eye can tel that this is not up to standard. Here’s why:
1. The colour coordination sucks. Why are there so many white and green roses when they obviously aren’t the main colours? It looks like a vegetable bouquet instead of a flower bouquet?
2. The number of red roses aside, they aren’t even properly positioned? Why are they at the back where you can barely see them. And why is the 3rd stalk weirdly separated?
Honestly, I don’t think anyone would buy this bouquet if it’s displayed at their storefront. It’s literally worser than their readymade selection.
Checked with my fiancé if the salesperson mentioned any limitations (ie flowers not in season or only certain flowers can be used due to budget) but the salesperson didn’t mention anything. I even asked him for the reference photo to see what exactly did he request for and well, you can tell that the bouquet we received was entirely different.
Unfortunately, my fiancé didn’t have time to express his disappointment as he was rushing for the proposal. But objectively speaking, the bouquet is so below standards that I couldn’t just let it slide. 1 star review for sure.

A lady staff asked if i want to have a plastic bag
I say okay, then she asked another question but i couldn’t hear it clearly , so i say “sorry? “
She instantly change her face ( very minor change but come on it is so OBVIOUS ! ) and ask again the plastic bag charge for 50cents if i wan to get it.
I say then is okay dont need.
If you dont want to repeat yourself again then JUST SPEAK LOUDER
Dont have to show customer your attitude and ur face with impatient.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from your staff at the VivoCity Express outlet on specifically around 7:00 PM onwards.
During a particularly busy period with a significant customer queue, I witnessed one of your female by her name Adelina team members working diligently at the drinks station alongside a male colleague. Despite the demanding flow of orders and pressure from the growing crowd, both of them demonstrated a high level of professionalism, teamwork, and composure.
What stood out most to me was the young lady’s ability to handle a continuous stream of orders efficiently while remaining calm and courteous, even in the face of a few visibly impatient and rude customers. Though she clearly appeared tired, she continued to smile, apologised sincerely when needed, and maintained a polite and respectful demeanor throughout. Her resilience and attitude were truly admirable.
I was deeply impressed by her commitment and positive energy, and it did not go unnoticed same goes to the guy. It is rare to see such dedication and poise under pressure, and I believe recognition is well deserved. The drinks she and he prepared were not only well made but brought joy to my two children, who absolutely loved them. It was a small but memorable moment of happiness for us as a family, and I genuinely thank her and her colleague for contributing to that experience.
It is clear that your team members take pride in their work and genuinely care about the customer experience. Please extend my heartfelt gratitude to them both for their exceptional service and for going above and beyond. I truly hope this message reaches them, as it’s important they know how valued their efforts are.

Alya, the cashier, was incredibly friendly and patient with me as I changed the sizes of my items. When I asked for directions, I was delighted that she provided them. To conclude our interaction, she graciously thanked me and wished me a wonderful day ahead.
I went there 2 times this week B2 Vivocity Boost
First time I went on 19/08/2025 the staff was rude doesnt seem like they enjoy their job finish the drink just put on top of the blender when i say thank you she rolled her eyes, at least the drink taste good so i let it slide
21/08/2025 went again served by another staff , attitude not friendly same like the other day and this time my watermelon lychee crush tasted like celery ??? maybe is the blender but still ?? i cant taste anything slight hint of watermelon which definitely was not fresh and LOTS OF ICE its like drinking shaved iced with hint of celery not even like the usual watermelon lychee crush
I definitely would rather be served by the girl on the 19th at least the drink tasted good while today was just bad..
If youre at vivo just go level 2 although queue long the drinks are so much better and service is great!!!! gave it a try just thought maybe they had a bad day but seems like they just dont like their job i guess

I wanted to share my expression towards this two staff On Monday @430pm. I absolutely love Boost Juice at VivoCity! Every drink I’ve tried so far has been refreshing, flavorful, and made with fresh ingredients.
The staff here especially adlina and nami are always friendly and quick, even when there’s a long queue during the peak hour on Monday @ 430pm.
Overall Boost Juice at VivoCity is my happy spot. Thanks to these two beautiful ladies.
