I needed to get some gauze bandage but I was with my dog in a pram outside the store. Kate (trainee staff I think) was handing out pamplets at the store entrance. When I approached her help to make the purchase for me as I was unable to leave my dog outside, she gladly went to grab the stuff for me. She even made multiple trips to let me see the options available and even to help me get my membership details. Really very kind and helpful gal. Made the shopping experience so much better and efficient for me! Thank you Kate! Keep up the good work! Happy says thank you too!

I hope the outlet doesn’t allow cross selling by promoters for other services outside of Watson’s product. Was approached by a guy selling Dolphin vacuum, told him I wasn’t interested at least 15 times yes, at least and no, he didn’t give up asking and pestering me. I know he is doing sales and trying to make a living but I am really not interested in whatever free things he wants to give. I was in a hurry to get the items I needed from watsons and not interested to get a vacuum from here.

This brand is a clown which sells substandard products. Bought a $55.90 short sleeved shirt from vivo outlet a couple of weeks ago. Was ironing the shirt at medium heat and the cloth just gave way and burnt through. It seems like the shirt is made of cloth with paper quality. Went to the store to check what happened. The assistant told me the shirt should be able to withstand ironing heat of 150-230 degree Celsius (C) based on the product specifications, but referred me to the lady manager. The manager initially concurred on the product specifications but after I told her what happened, she twisted her words and said that due to the thickness of the shirt, the ironing heat should be less than 100C, based on the two dots indicated on the ironing logo, whereby one dot represents 50C. Who the hell will know that each dot on the ironing logo represents 50C. If the ironing heat will cause potential damage to the shirt, the recommended temperature should be shown clearly beside the ironing logo. No wonder the same shirt is going for sale at $29.90 within such a short time. While the designs are nice, the product quality and customer service are absolute TRASH. Won’t patronize them anymore.

Just had a frustrating encounter with a service staff who goes by the name of Shaufiq. He did not treat me with the respect and attention that I deserve as a customer. Waiting for 20 minutes without any explanation or apology is simply unacceptable, and the fact that he apologized to the next customer in line instead of addressing my concerns shows a lack of empathy and professionalism. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful to customers, but also reflects poorly on the business as a whole. Customers should be treated with the utmost respect and care, and any delay or inconvenience should be addressed with an apology and an effort to make things right.

FROM THE COMMENTS, VIVO PULL&BEAR HAS A CONSISTENT ATTITUDE PROBLEM. To add my experience: Staff refused to let me touch the jeans because apparently he just folded it. Passive aggressively told me “i check for you”. Proceed to pretend to flip through the pile nonchalantly. If he doesn’t want to work here, don’t. Worst service ever from a clothing brand. Sorry Vivo Pull and Bear, I love buying from you, but really what a negative experience at Vivo… Incident today 7pm. Male Staff with Tatts. Clearly has personality issues and problems, learn to leave that where you come from. He will also prob tell u I was messing it up - I barely lifted a few pairs before he strutted over…

I went to pull and bears at vivo city today at around 4pm shopping for a blue hoodie or a sweatshirt to complete my ootd, i asked this malay girl whos working there for a new piece of the hoodie i was interested in buying, she took so long in the store room and came out saying that the piece i was holding was a last piece and that there isnt any stock. so i went back to put the hoodie back but i really wanted the hoodie i was holding , so i went to another male worker asking him if he could check for me the item in a new piece , and he said it is a new arrival product. And i was so surprised and didnt expext that it could have finished stock so fast. He told me there is stock and will help me get it. I received the new piece blue hoodie that i wanted and thanked the male worker there. Im so displeased with the customer service that was given to me to the malay girl that first served me, i hope that they do something about it as if she keeps continuing doing it , it could affect pull and bear sale target. Big thanks to the guy the was honest and helpful to me !
