Had such a pleasant experience shopping here! Siri is so fantastic and friendly, even gave her opinions on what she thought I would wear more and what would be practical for me. Wonderful service by Evina! Truly a gem to the store. She was very patient and answered all my questions and helped me find all items that I want. On top of that, she offered to help me polish my existing items. Came in to the store to browse but because of how sweet and nice she is, I left the store with 3 items. She didnt even hard sell me anyth 🤣🤣

Had a lovely experience both times I was here, major thanks to Cecilia & Felicia! First time I went, Cecilia was so patient & kind as I was looking to try the Mira Shoulder Bag & ended up walking away with it. Second time, I was looking for the Swing Zip - Felicia helped me to PO the bag & was very patient as I was deciding. Really appreciate how nice & approachable the staff are, and I’m very happy with both my bags! ❤️

I didn't buy anything from the Coach Harbourfront outlet, but the experience was incredibly warm! Siti assisted me and helped me find the designs I was looking for. Her product knowledge was outstanding, and she even offered me bottled drinks, despite the fact that I didn't make a purchase. She definitely deserves a pay raise for her excellent service.

Me and my husband purchase a same style of bag with different colours.. we are very pleased with the good service provided by Cecilia and her team. Cecilia was very warmth and definitely takes her time to talk to us. She also give some good POINTS on which bag suits your style or depends on what you need. Over all experience was extremely superb! Thank you for the service! We love the bag we purchased which we called couple bag. ❤ plus Super like the customised tag that comes with it.
