Checkout kiosks are much faster. The “buy 1 get 1 free” sign at the kiosk was confusing. In the end, I bought two tubes of L’Oreal 32H infallible matter cover with 35% discount.

I love buying in Watsons Vivo City because the Store Manager Abigail is very warm and welcoming. You will surely buy items if she happens to assist you. Happy GNC is back in Watson.

I'm very dissapointed with the cashiers attitude during my purchase on sunday 23/6. There was no other customer during my checkout. It means they are not busy to handle my purchase. I rejected plastic bag at the first place because i'm thinking manage to bring them all but end up I'm coming back to purchase it. Both of the cashier just pass the plastic bag while chit chatting & one of them rolling eye in front of me (I don't know if she intentionally want to express her feeling right in front me or did not notice i'm aware). I don't mind to pay extra 10cent for the plastic. But cashier did not charge me for that instead of gave me unfriendly face look. Cashier was one indian muslim lady & one 'chubby' chinese lady. This attitude should not happen as there are consider front desk person. They let customer walk out with unhappy feeling.

I was shopping in-store on 3rd June and wanted to write in just to commend the professionalism and helpfulness of your staff, Elsa. With the promotion going on in-store, she went above and beyond to help me with the combinations of my items, getting what I needed to be eligible for promotions and what not. As I was checking out a number of items, it did take awhile to check but she was nothing but patient with me and my questions. Unfortunately, the next customer in line started getting impatient and passed rude remarks on her speed being slow and that her "work permit should be revoked". This was after Elsa had already explained the situation to them and even called another cashier to attend to them, as she was still busy with my transaction. She was professional, polite and generous in the face of such discriminatory, self-entitled remarks that was totally uncalled for. I felt terrible for putting her in that situation of having to defend herself when she was doing an amazing job and yet, in that moment, she still offered me words of comfort to not be bothered and just go on with getting what I needed. The generosity she displayed in that moment of ugliness and tension speaks volumes about her wonderful character and the pride she takes in her job and doing her very best despite the circumstances to ensure customers are served well and leave satisfied. I would love for Elsa to know what a wonderful job she has done and for the management to take note of the exemplary staff they have who is simply a ray of sunshine. Thank you so much for the best experience I've had in-store thus far, Elsa! Keep it up!
